SKILLS- Excellent written and oral communication skills required. Ability to use a computer. Travel is essential.

Responsibilities

* Identify new and strengthen existing commercial relationships with the major water and wastewater Consulting Engineers, EPC's and Contract Operation firms.

* Communicate and coordinate activities with existing sales channels to identify and capture strategic projects in ADS' core markets (Wastewater collection s in ADS' core markets (Wastewater collection system services and flow monitoring, Transit time flow monitors, water loss control programs and line stopping).
* Communicate to the VP Business Development opportunities uncovered in adjacent markets that could lead to additional revenue streams for ADS.
* Participate in business/client development including all aspects of the sales process from cold calls, needs analysis, solution engineering and initiating strategies to meet client needs.
* Work with existing sales channels and regional Operations Staff to pursue and win specific projects within the region as requested.
* Participate on Key Project teams as requested.

Overall Purposeof the Position/Function
This position involves supervising the accounting department staff. Other duties include: overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions and positions; performing reconciliations on general ledger accounts as needed; preparing forecasts; monitoring variances; record management; cash flow management and reporting; preparation of all internal and external reporting functions; reviewing and verifying journal entries; serving as liaison with external and internal auditors; financial reporting; project cost reporting; revenue accrual; sales commission; employee labor cost; fixed assets; budget reporting; and field disbursements systems for ADS LLC and subsidiaries. 
Responsibilities                                         
1.   Prepare the monthly, quarterly, and annual worldwide financial reporting package in internal and external formats, including the domestic financial information package, the consolidation of the international financial statements, and the transmission of the month end results to corporate accounting using Costpoint, Fourth Shift, and Hyperion.
2.   Develop and maintain the appropriate systems and procedures in a multi-location nationwide company to ensure adequate financial and internal controls within the organization, and compliance with corporate policies and SOX.
3.   Analyzes and interprets financial data and recommends changes to improve systems and financial performance.
4.   Plan and audit internal controls to comply with Sarbanes Oxley, identifying any weakness and partnering with business leaders to close gaps.
5.   Perform the monthly review of project revenue, cost and total estimates to completion to verify the revenue accrual and overbilling amounts developed in the Costpoint system.
6.   Identify and research variance from forecast regarding each significant element of operating activity, (Sales, COGS, PPV, etc)
7.   Administer the sales commission plan for all subsidiaries, ensuring that commissions are computed properly, coded correctly, and paid timely.
8.   Oversee the payroll system for corporate and all subsidiaries, ensuring that employees are paid timely and properly, all time sheets are coded correctly, and all payroll related reporting is current and accurate. 
9.   Participate in the budgeting/forecasting process for corporate and the subsidiaries, including the preparation of the annual budget and subsequent revisions, maintenance of departmental estimates, and the reporting of actual performance compared to targets for each functional manager.
10. Ensure company tax compliance via timely and accurate preparation and filing of all necessary income, excise, property, payroll and sales/use tax returns. 
11. Randomly audits work flow to assure that all accounting transactions are appropriately authorized.
12. Supervise employees through performance feedback, training and development, recommending promotions and raises, and hiring and terminating employees as appropriate.
13. Support the President and VP of Finance with special projects as required.
REQUIREMENTS -
SKILLS - Understanding of accounting concepts and systems in an integrated financial environment is critical. MS-Office expertise (Excel, Word, Access) is necessary. Strong interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills are essential. Supportive and motivational supervisory skills are required. Ability to multi-task is important. Must also have detailed knowledge of GAAP, IRC, FASB, accrual base accounting, organizational auditing, and fixed asset accounting.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE - B.S. degree in Accounting or Finance. Post graduate degree is desirable. CPA/CMA certification is preferred. Five or more years experience in general and/or managerial accounting in an integrated project accounting environment is critical. Prior supervisory experience is required.

Certification in Data Analysis I must be obtained within six months and Data Analysis II certification must be obtained in order to be promoted to Data Analyst II. 
Skills -Strong mathematical, analytical reasoning and understanding of hydraulic principles is necessary. Proficiency with computers is essential; including understanding of off-the-shelf packages for word and data processing. Familiarity with databases and G.I.S. is desirable. Requirements
SKILLS: Good mechanical skills, basic computer skills, manual dexterity and willingness to work outdoors, physical and cognitive ability necessary to do confined space entry and perform rescue operations when necessary, basic knowledge of electronics helpful, must be able to function in a team environment, and be capable of achieving daily productivity targets. Must be willing to travel and work in the physical conditions present in a sewer.

Troubleshooting:
&middot;    Identify problems with data and propose solutions to correct persistent problems.
&middot;    Communicate effectively in writing and verbally, both in person and remotely with field personnel, technicians, co-workers, and management.
Computer Skills:
Familiarity with standard hardware and software configurations.
* Complete basic data maintenance functions such as backup, archive, restore, combine, and cut.
* Learn and utilize new software packages for analysis of data.
* Competency with standard Corporate software for word processing, databases, spreadsheets, and graphic processing (drafting, mapping, photo processing...).
Presentation Skills:
* Assist in final report preparation; producing work of professional quality, accurate and timely.
* Special projects as required.
* Travel may be required.
REQUIREMENTS -
Prerequisites: BA/BS in Environmental Science, Applied Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physical Sciences or equivalent work experience is preferred. Certification in Data Analysis I must be obtained within six months and Data Analysis II certification must be obtained in order to be promoted to Data Analyst II. 
Skills -Strong mathematical, analytical reasoning and understanding of hydraulic principles is necessary. Proficiency with computers is essential; including understanding of off-the-shelf packages for word and data processing. Familiarity with databases and G.I.S. is desirable. Strong written and verbal skills are essential.

Description: 
Overall Purpose of the Position/Function
Performs fieldwork with all ADS product lines including, but not limited to the following: flow monitoring, SSES, and service maintenance. Responsible for operating and maintaining all ADS issued equipment and vehicles associated with the above product lines.
Responsibilities
&bull;&uml;   Field work includes but is not limited to:
&bull;&middot;    Installation of monitors within sewer lines
&bull;&middot;    Hydraulic calibration
&bull;&middot;    Collection of data and review for accuracy
&bull;&middot;    Monitor troubleshooting activity and make repairs
&bull;&middot;    Inspect manholes manually or with telemonitoring equipment
&bull;&middot;    Conduct flow isolations, smoke testing, dye water flooding and site inspection
&bull;&uml;   Maintain accurate, legible organized records in accordance to all ADS Operations Quality Work Instructions. 
&bull;&uml;   Maintain vehicle and equipment to ensure safety, mechanically soundness and productive operation.
&bull;&uml;   Adhere to all safety procedures and ADS policies/procedures.
&bull;&uml;   Travel and work overtime hours as required.  
In this position the employee will receive safety certification and general orientation to the field. This position will perform the function of the second person on the crew and start training to become certified in a product line. Duration of position is approximately 180 days. Certification in a product line and promotion to Field Representative 2 must be obtained. This position is to be held only while being trained, with a training plan in place and the employee can only function as a field crew leader under the supervision of a Field Manager.
Prerequisites: H.S. Education, valid drivers license, drug-free, acceptable background and credit checks.
Requirements
SKILLS: Good mechanical skills, basic computer skills, manual dexterity and willingness to work outdoors, physical and cognitive ability necessary to do confined space entry and perform rescue operations when necessary, basic knowledge of electronics helpful, must be able to function in a team environment, and be capable of achieving daily productivity targets. Must be willing to travel and work in the physical conditions present in a sewer.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: High school graduate. Experience in field related work and a minimum of one year of industry experience is required for Field Representative 2, Field Representative 3, Senior Field Representative and Field Supervisor positions.
