We are seeking a Class &quot;A&quot; Screw Machinist - Second Shift to join our Manufacturing team located in Shakopee, MN. Our Class &quot;A&quot; Machinists are responsible for setting up, operating and troubleshooting rotary transfer (Hydromat) equipment.
Responsibilities will include:
* Set-up and run multiple rotary transfer (Hydromat) machines.
* Determine speeds, feeds, tooling, and operation sequence.
* Solid understanding of tool nomenclature,preproduction-tool presetting.
* Trouble shooting part geometry (taper, TIR, burrs, oversize or undersize dimensions, etc.)
* Participate in continuous improvement activities and attend meetings with Process Improvement Teams.
Qualifications
* 1-2 years&#39; vocational school preferred or a minimum of three years of Machine shop experience. Previous Rotary Transfer, Multi-spindle experience preferred.
* Blueprint reading and measurement skills
* Trained in the use of micrometers, calipers, Go/No Go gauges
* Ability to work with very small close tolerance parts. 
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills a must.
* Knowledge of (SPC) statistical tools and ability to handle intricate tooling jobs required.
Must have a strong grasp of basic math and communication skills and have previous training and experience in use of calipers, verniers, thread and plug gauges. Previous mechanical experience using blueprints and measuring devices is required. 
Support operations on a variety of machines with the department as needed, including adherence to department standards listed in routing, revision levels, and inspection instructions. Equipment operation may include the "run" operation under the guidance of a setup operator. Participation in continuous improvement activities including attending team meetings and contributing in Process Improvement Teams.
Perform housekeeping activities such as cleaning machines and floors, organizing tools and materials/supplies.
Material movement that may require the operation of a pallet jack, handcart, lift table, or other material handling equipment as qualified. Must be able to regularly lift a minimum of 40 pounds.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Market Development Associate plays a key role in supporting development of business strategy, marketing strategy and facilitation of execution of major global business initiatives. The position will support Market Development with GCS Annual Strategic &amp; Operating Planning, Transformational Projects, International market development and Global Pricing Strategy &amp; Discipline. 
This position reports directly into Vice President of Market Development and will be based in the Twin Cities where the GCS management team is based. Market Development responsibilities include annual strategy &amp; operating planning, major corporate transformational projects, pricing strategies and tactics, product portfolio planning, merger &amp; acquisition integrations and global geographic market opportunity development.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor degree
* 3-6 years total work experience in a project analytic role. Ideal experience would include strategy consulting, financial analyst, investment banking, research analyst or product management.
* Demonstrated successful experience in project management and marketing strategy.
* Other skills and experiences valued (but not required) are market research, pricing strategy, change management, financial management and merger integration.

Job description:
We are seeking a Technical Marketing Manager role that is responsible for the development of technical sales material including White Papers, application business cases, testimonials, and technical evaluation of alternative of competitive products with a focus on application of the product(s) in the customers network. This role is the prime contact between the Business Unit and network VARs and End-User customers. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Responsible for developing and communicating the business unit&#39;s account strategy and for communicating product line plans to the Sales organization, corporate personnel, and other coporate stakeholders, as well as account specific information to customers. 
* Responsible for the development of a procedure for communicating the product road map to customers and providing their feedback to the development, product management, and operations teams.

REQUIREMENTS:

JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking an Account Specialist to join our Customer Service team located in Sidney, NE.
The Account Specialist is responsible for providing ADC&#39;s internal and external customers with highly reliable customer service. The Senior Fiber Engineer will provide overall technical leadership for assigned product development projects and product enhancement projects for ADC&#39;s fiber optic connector and cable assembly products. This person has shared responsibility for the maintenance and availability of database systems. This includes backup/recovery, reliability, and performance of the databases. We are seeking Inside Sales Representatives to join our Customer Service Team located in Santa Teresa, NM. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for identifying potential customers, determining customer needs, establishing business relationships, recommending and supporting solutions to customer problems, answering questions from the customer, and closing the sale in a specified territory/market. JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are currently seeking anInstallation Supervisorjoin ADC&#39;s Professional Services team. The Installation Supervisor is responsible for project management of installation resources for installation projects.
Specific responsibilities include the following:

* Provides on-time and high quality equipment installation.

We are currently looking for a Truck Driver for our distribution center in Nashville, Tennessee. We are seeking a Quality Engineer I to join our GCSA team located in Shakopee, MN. This position will be responsible for data analysis and working with the Quality Information System. Provide data reporting, analysis, and drive corrective actions for GCSA. The Quality Engineer will also participate in improvement efforts as a member of improvement teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently seeking an energetic, highly motivated Tax Intern to assist ADC&#39;s International Tax Group with preparation of US corporate income tax filings for its international subsidiary companies. This individual will be responsible for calculating current year earnings and profits, adjusting tax pool amounts, reconciling retained earnings, organization of data in workpaper files and entering data into the tax software used to prepare income tax filings. 
We will train the individual on the technical aspects of the position but would prefer a candidate with a genuine interest in learning about the US international corporate income tax reporting rules. 
The Tax Intern is a full-time position for an approximate 10-12 week period beginning in February and ending in April, 2010. There is some flexibility on hours and exact dates. 

REQUIREMENTS:
* Must be working toward a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or other Business related degree; minimum of Senior standing required.
* Well organized and self-motivated.

Specific responsibilities include the following:
Develop and drive operational plans for assigned programs
* Apply a thorough understanding of scope, processes, systems, and resources to formulate operational plans/details for customer-specific programs and initiatives.
* Extract forecasting/planning details from customers and convert to a resource plan for engineering, installation, materials and project management.
* Establish and maintain program operational procedures and account specific guidelines for pricing and contract compliance.
* Ensure overall program success including margin attainment, revenue objectives, on-time completions, report card ratings, and operational excellence.
* Lead customer meetings/discussions regarding program forecasts, capacity loading, and operational details.
* Evaluate job cost models for P/L reporting/margin review.
Resolve program issues
* Primary operations escalation point of contact.
* Work with the operations teams, sales, and the customer to address performance issues such as quality and on-time performance.
* Create and present action plans, drive corrective action.
Respond to business opportunities
* Manage program related project quoting activities and participate in responding to proposals.
* Provide technical input, customer interface, and application review for program and service line requirements.  Interpret requirements of customers to develop scope of work, pricing, and internal processes.
* Influence customer-buying patterns to most effectively utilize ADC resources, while achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Partner with sales and APS business development in account planning and development to generate new revenue opportunities. 
REQUIREMENTS:
* Four year degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or related discipline or equivalent experience.
* 3 - 5 years project or program management experience in a service delivery environment.
* 5 years telecommunications experience - service or technical.
* 1 - 3 years of experience in sales or sales engineering/support is desirable; proven technical knowledge required.
* Previous experience with financial planning/management, forecasting, resource requirements planning, and business planning.
* Effective computer skills including Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc), project planning tools, other related software.
* Ability to travel at least 30% of the time.
