JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a Principal Financial Analyst to join our Finance team located in Shakopee, MN.
The Principal Financial Analyst will work with the Director of Finance to support ADC&#39;s Global Connectivity Solutions business units in managing North America P&amp;Ls. This person will provide full financial and decision-support in driving results in the following areas: 
* Profit and loss: Provide detailed analysis and recommend actions on revenue and cost drivers impacting the P&amp;L. 
* Cash flow and working capital management: Perform financial (discounted cash flow) modeling to provide recommendations on business decisions and investment alternatives.
* CAPEX and cost-structure decision support: Analyze and recommend capital initiatives in PPE, facility consolidations, make-buy decisions etc.
* Strategic and operating planning: Assist mgmt on the development of the strategic and operating plans. Includes modeling and analyzing of new initiatives through executing targets into the financial system.
* Thought leadership and decision support: Provide critical thought leadership cross-functionally in how we allocate capital, management, and resources to creating a sustainable competitive advantage
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor&#39;s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business; MBA, CPA or CMA a plus.
* 7-10 years of experience in finance.
* Strong experience with the working knowledge and ad-hoc creation of financial models.
* Excellent information system skills, including Excel, Business-Objects, SAP and SEM.
* Demonstrated success in leading change.
* Ability to identify, develop and implement best practice analytical tools across business units.

We are seeking a Quality Engineer I to join our Quality Systems Team located in Shakopee, MN.
This position will responsible for data analysis and working with the Quality Information System.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Ability to work effectively with Manufacturing Engineers on improving Manufacturing Practices as a key member of the Quality Engineering Department..
* Participate or lead quality improvement teams, providing technical assistance where required.
* Manage quality issues - working with suppliers and internal ADC departments on improving products and services provided by ADC to our customers and products provided to ADC by our suppliers.
* Conduct data analysis of quality information
* Work with analysis tools and ADC business systems to provide periodic reports as part of the Quality Information System.
* Provide support for analyzing and managing the corrective and preventative action process.
* Provide support role as subject matter expert for use of quality tools
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor&#39;s Engineering degree(preferences for the degree include Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering)
* Demonstrated proficiency in the use of statistical tools (DPMO, SPC, Pareto charts, and datamanipulation).
* Knowledge of ISO regulatory requirements.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong observational and analytic problem-solving skills (process/system/global thinking).
* Proven effective use of project management leadership skills
DESIRED EXPERIENCE: 
* Foreign language skills - Spanish.
* Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing.
* Cross-functional experience (preferred) in Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Product Management, Customer Service.
* Familiarity with TL9000 requirements and measurements

* Central office installation and outside plant experience desired.
* Ability to work on ladders up to 15ft., demonstrated manual dexterity, and lift and carry loads up to 40 lbs

JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a second shift Operations Supervisor to join our Global Connectivity Business Unit located in Shakopee, Minnesota. 
RESPONSIBILITES:
* This Operations Supervisor will provide leadership to skilled production employees.
* The major focus of this position will be on maintaining and developing a highly empowered workforce where 50% of your time will be spent on the shop floor.

We are seeking a dynamic, high impact Sr. IT Auditor to provide IT Audit experience to the Internal Audit Department at ADC&#39;s World Headquarters in Eden Prairie, MN.
Responsibilities will include the following: 
* Apply information systems audit principles, skills and techniques in reviewing and testing computer applications and information systems technology of varying complexity utilized at ADC.
* Understand the financial, operational, and compliance risks which affect information systems design, modification and processing activities, demonstrate the ability to identify and appropriately dimension those risks, and formulate recommendations which are appropriate, practical and cost-effective.
* Perform general IT compliance reviews including general IT security, application, database, operating system security, change management and IT operations.
* Partner with IT management to provide additional support and expertise in the remediation of control deficiencies.
* Development of ACL software to support financial audit and compliance requirements.
* Contribute to the annual IT Risk Assessment, as well as initiate and drive process improvement in IT control.
REQUIREMENTS: 
* Bachelor&#39;s degree in Accounting, Finance, IT or MIS.
* 3 years of IT Audit experience, including public accounting experience.
* Strong interpersonal effectiveness, decision making, problem solving and results orientation.
* Ability to travel 10-20%, both domestic and international.
* Experience with audit analytics a plus.

We are seeking Inside Sales Representatives to join our Customer Service Team located in Santa Teresa, NM. Equipment Installers are responsible for the installation of equipment used in voice, video, fiber optics and data telecommunications networks. Analyze, plan, layout and assign installation activity to other installation personnel. Act as subject matter expert on provisioning, activating and testing ADC and OEM electronic equipment.
The work will involve the installation of cable, wiring, and telecommunications equipment in Central Office facilities. The Market Development Associate plays a key role in supporting development of business strategy, marketing strategy and facilitation of execution of major global business initiatives. This position reports directly into Vice President of Market Development and will be based in the Twin Cities where the GCS management team is based. REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor degree

JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are currently seeking anInstallation Supervisorjoin ADC&#39;s Professional Services team. The Installation Supervisor is responsible for project management of installation resources for installation projects.
Specific responsibilities include the following:

* Provides on-time and high quality equipment installation.
* Supervises projects to meet profit objectives, quality standards and completion dates.
* Monitor and maintain the quality of the installation projects by performing in-process and final quality checks.
* Review Method of Procedure (MOP) with customer prior to start of project.

REQUIREMENTS:

JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are currently looking for a Central Office Equipment Installer, Level IIIto join ADC&#39;s Professional Services division. Equipment Installers are responsible for the installation of equipment used in voice, video, fiber optics and data telecommunications networks. Analyze, plan, layout and assign installation activity to other installation personnel. Act as subject matter expert on provisioning, activating and testing ADC and OEM electronic equipment.
The work will involve the installation of cable, wiring, and telecommunications equipment in Central Office facilities. Installers are familiar with and/or are trained with iron work/bays/equipment rack installation, DC power know-how, wire wrapping/color code understanding, blueprint/schematic reading and method of procedures.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking an Account Specialist to join our Customer Service team located in Sidney, NE.
The Account Specialist is responsible for providing ADC&#39;s internal and external customers with highly reliable customer service. The position requires the use of independent judgment to manage all assigned customer projects and orders; interpret and apply ADC business practices and systems; troubleshoot and resolve all customer satisfaction issues. In addition, the Account Specialist will provide leadership and training to others.
Some major position responsibilities are as follows:
* Act as single point of contact for pre/post sale project activity/status.
* Manage all orders from placement to closure.
* Manage customer orders and issue resolution.
* Gather and relay customer information to appropriate individuals within company.
* Represent ADC at customer sites and trade shows.
* Collaborate with all ADC functional groups.
* Interpret and apply policies, processes, and procedures to manage Sales Order related activities.
* Utilize ADC catalogs, prints, user manuals and other resources to meet customer needs.
* Use pricing guidelines to create pricing on custom product configurations.
* Ensure compliance with ISO/TL quality standards.
* Participate with sales and business units in account planning and development.
* Provide presentations to internal or external customers.
* Provide process assistance to others in same role.
* Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor&#39;s degree or equivalent.
* 3 - 5 years customer service experience in a business-to-business environment preferred.
* Experience in a service or manufacturing environment utilizing integrated business systems preferred.
* Computer skills including knowledge of Windows operating system a must. MS Excel proficiency preferred.
* Completion of Account Specialist Training Program.
* Up to 10% travel may be required

JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are currently seeking an Accountant to support ADC&#39;s Professional Services (APS) team based in Marietta, Georgia.
This position will report to the Finance Manager - APS and will directly support our Americas Regional Management team as the Finance focal point in the areas of financial accounting, management reporting, financial/operational analysis and business system enhancements. Experience in the areas of service/project accounting and forecasting/planning would be beneficial in this role. This position will also be required to interact regularly with our Corporate Finance teams in Minnesota for external reporting, consolidation requirements and internal/external/SOX audit compliance.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor&#39;s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or MBA preferred.
* 1-3 years auditing (public or internal), financial accounting and/or reporting experience.
* Excellent working knowledge of financial accounting concepts, personal computers and information systems preferably with SAP.
* Domestic travel required.

Job description:
We are seeking a Technical Marketing Manager role that is responsible for the development of technical sales material including White Papers, application business cases, testimonials, and technical evaluation of alternative of competitive products with a focus on application of the product(s) in the customers network. This role is the prime contact between the Business Unit and network VARs and End-User customers. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Responsible for developing and communicating the business unit&#39;s account strategy and for communicating product line plans to the Sales organization, corporate personnel, and other coporate stakeholders, as well as account specific information to customers. 
* Responsible for the development of a procedure for communicating the product road map to customers and providing their feedback to the development, product management, and operations teams.
* Responsible for working with Network VARs and End-User customers to design their networks utilitizing ADC products and tecnology. 
* Responsible for traveling to end-user sites to present ADC products and techologies.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor&#39;s Degree in Computer Network Systems, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering
* Minimum 6-8 years of relevant business experience.
* Experience in engineering, marketing, technical sales is essential.
* Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

DESIRED:
* MBA Preferred
* Network or Telecommunications industry experience desired, but not required.

We are seeking a Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing to join our Global Marketing team based at our World headquarters in Eden Prairie, MN. This position will provide strategic oversight as well as tactical and project management support for ADC&#39;s digital marketing programs and Internet presence worldwide. The position will be responsible for all online and printed marketing materials including but not limited to: the company&#39;s corporate Website, email campaigns, online advertising, pay-per-click campaigns, printed collateral, catalogs, interactive demos and other electronic marketing initiatives. The position will be responsible for direct management of in-house and external creative teams and will report to the Vice President, Global Marketing.
Specific responsibilities include the following:
* Strategic planning, developing and managing websites and online portals. Facilitating all phases of development, including project scope definition, planning, implementation, testing and launch, and tracking.
* Coordinate with various business units and corporate clients to develop and communicate business processes, understand campaign objectives and audiences, and discuss project status and prioritization. Help to create &quot;closed loop campaigns&quot; with traditional marcom initiatives by using the Web as an information, qualification, fulfillment, transaction and/or research mechanism.
* Drive efficiencies and effectiveness of printed media through implementation of dynamic, customizable, create and print-on-demand tools.
* Designing strategies for integrated online campaigns, email marketing campaigns and templates, lead capture and opt-in capture.
* Direct management of Creative Services team, establishing objectives for budgets, timing, and measurable results and developing mechanisms for tracking and reporting performance against these objectives.
* Manage brand standards and ensure brand integrity is maintained.
* Bachelor&#39;s degree in Arts, Advertising, Liberal Arts, or Marketing required; MBA preferred.
* Minimum of 8 years of marketing, marketing communications or branding experience, preferably in large, complex organizations.
* Demonstrated marketing communication planning and project management skills.
* Good knowledge of Internet marketing and Web 2.0 strategies including direct experience managing a major web site launch or rebuild project.
* Superior written and oral communications skills - clear, concise, creative and persuasive.
* Ability to balance and prioritize a dynamic workload to set appropriate expectations and meet deadlines.
