The Adayana Government Group is seeking candidates for the position of Senior Systems Architect, located at Randolph Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas. The successful candidate will provide services of enterprise System Architect (SA) and participate on a team to define, design, develop and implement a SOA solution to the client in accordance with DoDAF standards and policies, as well as provide SA direction on projects. The individual will work with team members possessing other technical skill sets in a team environment.
Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:
1. To support the clients by:
* Creating and maintaining a system architecture design for SOA conversion and implementation
* Architecting and documenting technical solutions for existing and future enterprise systems2. To participate in projects by:
* Determining enterprise system configuration and design using proven system architect design tools (Telelogic, MS System Architect)
* Providing graphical representations of the DODAF system architecture as it pertains to a SOA implementation
* Providing clear communications to stakeholders on the current state and future state of the enterprise system3. To participate in the strategic planning of an SPA implementation by:
* Contributing to the creative process of internal solutions
* Evolving technical design standards
* Providing leadership in enterprise solutions within performance solutions
* Positively contributing to the success of client goals
* Exhibiting a positive model of team behavior among all coworkers4. To contribute to the R&amp;D function of the client by
* Personal development in areas of responsibility
* Identification of new processes and research for enterprise design
* Identification of changes in system architecture that will affect the success of the SOA implementation process5. Staying current with industry trends and direction in technology and determining opportunities for leveraging these technologies trends for the success of the client.

Job Requirements :
* Must be a US citizen
* Must be able to obtain a secret security clearance; active clearance a plus
* Degree in computer science, computer information systems or an equivalent along with 7+ years of experience or business equivalent in systems architecture and design
* Advanced degree in MIS preferred
* Knowledge of EA standards
* Knowledge of DODAF standards and policies governing system architecture and how they relate a must
* Tech savvy, including
* knowledge of and experience with enterprise systems architecture
* familiarity with web-based architecture and applications
* Knowledge of and experience with SDLC and web applications development
* Knowledgeable with HTML, XML and database platforms (SQL, Oracle, MS Access)
* Knowledge of standards EA

1.  Conduct Analysis:

Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:
1. Create learning and GameWare products:
* Research content requirements using web, client-supplied, Adayana provided, and independent interview
* Conduct subject matter expert interviews
* Design, create, implement, and iterate fun and compelling gameplay
* Proof and edit content, ensuring document logic, accuracy, and appropriate tone for audience and language consistency, and product conformance to project requirements
* Assist with identification and sourcing of graphics and model assets
* Use current standard authoring and rapid development tools 
2. With minimal direct supervision. Immersive Learning designer performs selected instructional design tasks:
* Create learning scenarios
* Create and maintain detailed, up-to-date specs, asset lists, and other design documents, and communicate those requirements to other team members
* Provide input on the game&rsquo;s vision and help champion the vision to other team members
* Keep leads and managers advised of progress on tasks, recommended improvements and problems encountered
* Develop technical procedures, given appropriate content
3. Manage work:

We are currently seeking Web Developer/Programmersin multiple locationsto join our team. The successful candidates will use their creative talent to develop web interfaces and instructional pages along with reusable web tools and functionalities to support the development of online gaming as well as interactive courseware for our client.

Essential Job Duties &amp; Responsibilities:

* Interpret content design documents
* Work in a dynamic team environment to create and reuse instructional strategy templates
* Implement SCORM-compliant Web-based training (WBT) in government learning management systems (LMS)
* Test, troubleshoot and adapt online courses based on quality feedback and LMS constraints
Job Requirements :
* Must be a US Citizen
* Associates degree or higher in Computer Science or Visual Arts related field
* At least two years of web design and development experience
* Must be proficient in Flash, XHTML, JavaScript, ActionScript, CSS, XML and/or various development tools (links to work samples will be considered)
* Proven experience with deployment of SCORM-compliant WBT courses featuring reusable instructional strategies required
* Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment
* Technical savvy and motivation for continuous learning an absolute must
* Knowledge of 3D engines desired
* Thorough understanding of project development methodologies preferred
* Proficiency with editors such as Unity3D, UnrealED, Source, QERadiant or CryTek's Sandbox engine a plus
* Experience working on a shipped AAA PC or console titles as an environment artist a plus
* Additional programming, scripting, art and/or technical skills relevant to web development a plus
