Job Description :
Adayana is hiring an Analyst to join our Solution Design team in Indianapolis! This individual will gather, analyze and synthesize all Industry Sales related data into a series of comprehensive sales documents which identify trends and allow for the application of sales metrics at both an individual, team and industry level. Additionally, he/she will maintain the Proposal Tracking System and Project Initiation Process.
Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:
1.  Support the development of proposals and Letters of Agreement by:
&middot;    Assisting in the development of proposal content in coordination with Solution Design Consultants and Solution Design Lead
&middot;    Ensuring acquisition and aggregation of additional market, topic or client research necessary for successful proposal development
&middot;    Ensuring proposal content is clear, accurate and unambiguous
&middot;    Developing, deploying and maintaining a proposal tracking system
&middot;    Assisting in the development of best practices for Solution Design sales support and proposal development
&middot;    Tracking of proposals and Letters of Agreement as they come in and out the Solution Design Group by maintaining a proposal development calendar
&middot;    Designing, developing, maintaining Sales by Month report
&middot;    Designing, developing, and maintaining report outlining all incoming sales and communicating this data to all appropriate Practice Leads
&middot;    Overseeing and managing all project initiation organization, communication and documentation
&middot;    Analyzing all sales data contained within the Proposal Tracking System and Sales by Month report
&middot;    Presenting data analysis of all sales tools to sales leadership and VP of Solution Design
&middot;    Analyzing proposal hit rates and trends by client, team, Business Development Manager and time
&middot;    Archiving proposals and Letters of Agreement as they leave the Solution Design Group
&middot;    Assisting the Solution Design lead in coordinating the efforts associated with completion of proposals (utilizing and accessing resources within and outside of the Solution Design Team)
2.  Support Solution Design &amp; Sales Execution by:
&middot;    Assisting in the development of sales presentations
&middot;    Assisting in the development and production of sales tools, marketing materials and client &ldquo;leave behinds&rdquo; for Business Development Managers
&middot;    Participating in Solution Design proposal meetings with Solution Design consultants, Solution Design lead and Business Development Managers
&middot;    Developing and implementing training for Business Development Managers in the appropriate use of SalesLogix
3.  Support Solution Innovation by:
&middot;    Researching and identifying new marketplace innovations in practice areas and delivery options and delivering summaries to Solution Design consultants and Solution Design lead
&middot;    Attending and contributing to weekly proposal development meetings
&middot;    Evaluating sales &amp; solution success
&middot;    Assisting in collecting, measuring and reporting proposal &ldquo;hit rate&rdquo; data
&middot;    Collecting, analyzing and evaluating of project evaluation data to determine the effectiveness of designed and developed solutions
   &middot;    Relaying monthly project evaluation to sales teams, practice leads and Solutions Design lead
Job Requirements :
&middot;    Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Communications, English, Education, Sales, Marketing, Business, Finance or similar discipline, preferred
&middot;    1 - 3 years minimum work experience with proof of success in the fields of writing, journalism, communication, marketing, finance, sales or education/training

Adayana is searching for a Vice President of Client &amp; Business Development to lead our sales team in Falls Church Virginia! The ideal candidate will have recent experience working in the Training &amp; Learning &amp; Development Government space selling custom training solutions. Applicants with experience primarily in the IT, Finance or Telecom industries will not be considered. 

The Vice President provides overall leadership to the sales, business development, and account management team. In addition, this individual will provide direction and leadership for creating client and market demand, and go-to-market strategy development and execution. Success metrics for this role include sales growth, meeting revenue targets, meeting company-wide EBITDA targets, team development and the direct development of client relationships.

Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:
1.  Lead and motivate a highly successful team of executive account managers, sales professionals and marketers in the learning, training and human capital development space by:
&middot;    Developing goals with executive account managers
&middot;    Reviewing/commenting on vertical plans
&middot;    Monitoring progress towards goals
&middot;    Providing ongoing coaching
&middot;    Providing sales support
&middot;    Conducting annual performance reviews
&middot;    Routinely communicating sales and revenue progress 
&middot;    Participating in all sales and sales management meetings
2.  Work closely with the President and Vice President of Operations to create demand and sales that will provide the opportunity for Adayana government to meet and exceed overall profitability by:
&middot;    Monitoring industry trends in thehuman capital and traininggovernment sector
&middot;    Brainstorming with Adayana team members to innovate new and different service offerings to enhance Adayana&rsquo;s offer
&middot;    Exploring and determining client interest in potential projects or services
&middot;    Participating in and/or leading new opportunity teams
&middot;    Leveraging track record selling professional learning and development services to the federal government to bring a host of
  direct contacts into the business
3.  Understand how the federal government contracting impacts the sales cycle by:
&middot;    Ensuring weekly updates of individual sales forecasts within ACT
&middot;    Effectively managing sales travel and other related sales expenses to ensure budgets are met
&middot;    Ensuring team meets quarterly and annual sales and revenue goals
4.  Collaborate closely with senior management to create both annual and longer-term business and market development plans as well as create, manage and implement a comprehensive strategic account planning process by:
&middot;    Monitoring and communicating account organizational changes and/or issues to Adayana management
&middot;    Coordinating/utilizing internal Adayana resources to broaden and deepen Adayana&rsquo;s relationship with selected accounts
&middot;    Preparing compelling proposals and comprehensive contracts on a timely basis
&middot;    Reporting activities and results in a timely and accurate manner
5.  Leverage an intimate knowledge of the federal sector to mentor team members and provide input to peers in and arounddeveloping more innovative and creative human capital and learning solutionsto Adayana clients by:
&middot;    Ensuring that the assigned sales team fully explores the business needs and buying motivations of multiple departments /
  divisions / units of each account
&middot;    Developing deep personal expertise in a chosen / assigned service area to include fully understanding Adayana&rsquo;s extended 
  portfolio
&middot;    Identifying and recommending effective solutions, processes &amp; techniques to clients
&middot;    Staying current on industry trends and new or innovative concepts/approaches in the chosen service area and incorporating
  these into solutions to meet client needs
&middot;    Using internal resources throughout the company to immediately connect, through direct relationship, with large federal
  prime contractors currently providing human capital and learning services to federal agencies
6.  Enhance Adayana&rsquo;s brand image by:
&middot;    Living Adayana&rsquo;s brand values every day
&middot;    Facilitating quality training and planning sessions or other client meetings and participating in and being a positive
  contributor to internal Adayana meetings
&middot;    Participating in selected industry activities and organizations consistent with the time demands of the Sales Leader position
&middot;    Developing and implementing budgeted marketing support initiatives to supplement personal selling activities
7.  Ensure that Adayana projects meet/exceed the expectations of clients by:
&middot;    Supporting the project design, implementation, and delivery as agreed to by the project manager
&middot;    Fully engaging and encouraging Solution Design teams in the crafting of solutions for clients needs and issues
&middot;    Ensuring that client vision and expectations in proposals and contracts is accurate
&middot;    Ensuring effective communication and decision making by the project team
&middot;    Managing changing client or internal expectations
&middot;    Negotiating change orders
&middot;    Following up with client, formally and informally, to measure satisfaction level
8.  Create an overall sales and revenue budget annually and ensure that sales and revenue targets are met by:

&middot;    Forecasting client sales volume objectives and ensuring sales stay on target
&middot;    Managing the aggregate cost of sales and marketing at a point that meets overall company financial goals
&middot;    Meeting or exceeding sales calls goals
&middot;    Working closely with Sales team to manage and grow the sales pipeline
Job Requirements :
&middot;    Recentprior experience working in the Learning &amp; Development Government space selling custom training solutions to
  develop human capital is required. 
&middot;    Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree required, post graduate degree or MBA highly preferred
&middot;    Minimum of 10 years relevant sales or industry experience directly working in the federal spaceselling innovative and creative
  learning solutions
&middot;    Demonstrated ability to lead and build teams, influence others, and provide mentoring/coaching to staff in a long standing sales leader
  role
&middot;    Prior work experience in an organization with a minimum of $50M in annual sales
&middot;    Prior work experience leading ahuman capitalsales organization for a government consulting firm
&middot;    Experience selling services in the government space, human capital improvement servicesrequired
