POSITION SUMMARY
This individual will work closely with the Tank Inspection Manger to inspect tanks and floor scan tank floors. In addition, this individual will work in conjunction with the Division Manager to effectively maximize resources.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Operations
Oversee the following:
. All NDE inspections on tanks
. Adhere to RSC Standard Operating Procedures
. Weekly update to Division Manager of all issues
. Adhere to established billing ticket and time protocols
. Work closely with Regional Project Manager.

. Enforce Acuren safety rules.
. Promote positive safety culture.
Personnel
. Maintain moral and professional presentation of all employees.

Position Summary
The Level II Technician with Rope Access experience will be performing calibrations, Nondestructive Tests, and evaluations for acceptance or rejection determinations according to written instructions and record results. Level II Technicians are qualified to set up and calibrate equipment and to interpret and evaluate results with respect to applicable codes, standards, and specifications. Level II Technicians are thoroughly familiar with the scope and limitations of the method of NDT being used and should exercise assigned responsibility for on-the-job training and guidance of Assistants and Level I Technicians. Level II Technicians organize and report results of NDT.
Responsibilities
Set up and calibrate nondestructive testing equipment
Conduct tests to ensure quality or detect discontinuities (defects) using NDT methods of inspection
Establish techniques for proper examination of objects under inspection, ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations
Apply testing criteria in accordance with applicable specifications or standards and evaluate results
Interpret radiographs, cathode ray tube (CRT) or digital readouts, conductivity meters and visual indicators

Position Summary
Acuren has an immediate need for an AWS-CWI.  The CWI will perform inspections or to verify that the work inspected, and records maintained, conform to the requirements of the applicable standards. This individual will have responsibility for determining if welded assemblies conform to workmanship and acceptance criteria.

* Verify that the base materials and consumable welding materials conform to the specifications and that the welding filler metals used are as specified for each base material or combination of base materials.
* Verify that the welding equipment to be used for the work is appropriate for the use with the welding procedure and has the capability to meet the applicable requirements of the welding procedure.
* Verify that the welding procedures are as specified and are qualified, and that the welding performed is performed in conformance to the applicable procedure.

Description: Reporting to the Managing Director the Safety Manager and the District Manager provides leadership to develop world-class safety (and radiation safety) programs in the region with clear and measurable objectives.  Strategize with regional management and staff to develop a culture that embraces safety, recognizes hazards, and takes action to minimize risk. Ensure employees conduct hazard assessments on every job and that all staff understands they are not to take risks and must refuse unsafe work. Provide resources to carry out safety training where required, and to conduct safety audits on a regular basis. Provide direct management and leadership in the investigation of all safety incidents.
Worker training, use of procedures, project supervision and peer review are all areas that require management focus in our business. Ensure that staff assigned to each project exhibit adequate training and experience. Develop supplementary training programs where industry training has proven insufficient.
Working conditions: This individual must be able to work long hours in the office or on a job site and be able to travel for extended periods of time. Occasional (e.g. monthly) travel is required to support safety initiatives, oversee radiation safety operations and perform audits and inspections.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
1. Safety
. Ensure programs are in place for employees to receive Acuren orientation, Right to Know training, and any specialized training that may be applicable to the work they will be performing.
. Ensure that training programs are ongoing for first aid training, confined space training, and transportation of dangerous goods training as necessary.
. Carry out regular inspections and audits of the work place.
. Promote toolbox meetings, safety awareness, and maintain an awards program.
. Provide a good example for employees by always directing and performing work in a safe manner.
. Administer safety policies and the relevant occupational health and safety legislation (discipline and enforcement is expected of front line supervision primarily)
. Liaise with other department managers in the implementation of programs, recognition, programs, policies, incident investigation, and provide direction where necessary.
. Liaise with Safety Director and Administration manager in the implementation Workers Compensation Board and claims management program.
. Maintain the MSDS documentation system.
. Ensure that all employees' work in a safe manner and that they use all protective devices and procedures required.
. Provide access to information, as needed to supervisors and other safety personnel.
. Maintain records of toolbox meetings, hazard assessments, accident investigations, accident reports, safety training and enforcement of the program.
. Maintain data related to safety performance and provide a monthly safety summary on the status of the program.
. Review and create policies and procedures specific to the regional work requirements.
. Respond to client inquiries for safety, visit client sites and promote Acuren safety policies and procedures, maintain databases (ISNET, PEC, etc.) that require safety statistics.
2. Radiation Safety
. Ensure compliance of Radiation Safety Management System throughout the Alaska Region, including but not limited to:
. Work with the Corporate and Regional RSO's to ensure all Radiation Safety work is completed per regulations.
. Interface with NRC officials for audits and other filings.
. Manage sources and exposure devices, including shipping and device maintenance.
. Perform field audits on radiographers and office locations as per plan.
3. Risk Management
. Work in conjunction with Corporate Legal staff and Regional Controller to ensure contract review minimizes risk to the organization in areas of safety.
. Ensure compliance with company's driving policies, background screening and hiring protocols.
. Ensure concise professional reporting.
4. Management:
. Add to regional morale by building teamwork and professionalism. Lead Continuous Improvement projects to enhance the region and the company.
. Provide training and guidance to staff and support the development and distribution of procedures.
. Assist Area GM's with staff including direction, performance reviews, training requirements, job reviews, recruiting, and hiring of Area and Office Safety / RS persons.

POSITION SUMMARY
The NDT Technician will be performing specific calibrations, specific Nondestructive Tests, and specific evaluations for acceptance or rejection determinations according to written instructions and record results under the close supervision of a higher level Technician. The NDT Technician is not the trainee level, but the first level a trainee reaches upon demonstrating ability in specific tests.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Operations Supervisor ensures that all divisions in his care have all the material and equipment to run a safe, quality and productive operation for each site or job task. The Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) is the primary liaison between the Licensee and Government Regulatory Agencies. The RSO works with all levels of the divisional organization to ensure radiation safety and environmental compliance. This position will work closely with operations to develop plans, procedures and training to accomplish these and other radiation and environmental safety goals.

. Schedule all call out work and assign crew to perform inspection efficiently and in a reasonable time frame.
. Assist advanced service division in scheduling and logistics (lodging, travel arrangements, per diem, etc.)
. Create and track all job tasks in the RAMS system.
. Assist Operations Manager in scheduling/coordinating manpower and equipment needs for large projects and turnarounds.
Client Relations
. First point of contact for majority of clients and potential clients.

Purchasing
. Communicate with site supervisors to determine inspection supply needs at their sites.

. Establish and oversee all operating, emergency, ALARA procedures audit routinely to ensure compliance to all regulations.
. Monitor occupation radiation exposures to identify trends and potential problems
. Monitors transportation of radioactive materials to ensure compliance with Hazmat-DOT regulations.
. Involvement in any licensing and reciprocity actions.
. Recommends new methods and approaches toward improving radiation safety within the region to ensure compliance and where possible, exceed the expectations for compliance to maintain the excellent standing of the company.

Position Overview
In direct support of engineers to provide technical input and guidance in the inspection, repair, re-rate, and alteration of static and dynamic pressure retaining equipment and systems at client facilities. Produce technically accurate documentation to client for use in the assessment and disposition of plant equipment.
Essential Job Functions
.At the direction of client, perform visual and non-destructive examination of static and dynamic pressure retaining equipment in accordance with American Petroleum Institute (API) standard 570 and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME).
.Submit to client technically accurate reports documenting equipment condition.
.Provide client with technical recommendations for the repair, re-rate, replacement, and/or alteration of plant equipment, as required for safe operation within stated operating parameters for durations specified by client.

Preference will be given to specialists with ISO9712/EN473 certifications in Phased Array, TOFD, and UT. Knowledge and experience in Engineering Technology and Applied Physics may be considered as possible equivalents depending upon the depth and type of experience.
Candidates should be energetic, creative and self motivated with strong interpersonal skills to lead a diverse and talented technical pool of technicians across Canada. They should be prepared to travel to client locations for application implementation, marketing and client stewardships.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Corporate Quality NDE level III specialist develops, qualifies and approves procedures, establishes and approves techniques, interprets codes, standards, specifications and procedures. RESPONSIBILITIES

Diagnose problems and perform maintenance and modifications on video terminals, AC/DC circuits, wireless transmission, automated electro/mechanical systems, pulsed and real time x-ray systems, PC's, and other electronic equipment utilized in the scope of non destructive inspection. Make recommendations to replace or repair equipment based on mean time between failure versus reliability, life expectancy, and expected cost to outsource repair. Maintain job worksheets detailing assignment, parts utilized, time expended and work performed.
Perform preventative maintenance, proactively analyze and recommend improvement options of said equipment.

KEY MEASURABLES
Tracking of turnaround time for similar equipment repairs by spreadsheet for future repair / replacement cost estimates.
Tracking of delay hours associated with breakdown / repairs.
Tracking of repair and maintenance costs of parts and labor for specific equipment i.e. C - Arm, RTR-4, and Magsteer.



REQUIREMENTS
Essential functions of the job include, but are not limited to:
Employ logical and timely electro/mechanical troubleshooting techniques. Interpret field level schematics and diagrams. Repair cables, wiring, electro/mechanical automated crawlers, x-ray systems and associated equipment, video output devices and terminations, wireless and computer driven equipment and other electronic equipment utilized in the scope of Acuren's inspection contract. Capable of electronic soldering and crimping. Research for procurement; electronic devices, mechanical components and terminations. Utilize Microsoft word, excel, internet, etc.

Have some knowledge of welding, tap and die, machinery, sheet metal, carpentry, etc.

Requirements
Certified NDT Level III's in several methods or Level II with 5 years experience as an NDT or Welding instructor
Minimum 5 years hands-on field experience as a Level II
Ability to teach classes in three or more of the following methods -Penetrant, Magnetic Particle, Eddy Current, Ultrasonic, Radiography and Visual Testing
Familiar with NAS 410 and SNT-TC-1A requirements as well as other industry codes and inspection specifications
Familiar with various types of military and commercial codes and specifications

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) are essential
The following skills are not required but are highly desirable
