Basic Function:
This position is responsible for providing the Corporate Sales group with actionable field forecast data and sales analysis to facilitate inventory supply and corporate forecast recommendations.

Position Duties:
·     Sales forecasting
o    Compile and validate the weekly field forecast based on sell through rates, channel inventory levels, trade events, seasonality and marketplace factors. Identify opportunities and risks to Field Sales team to ensure accuracy.
o    Provide variance analysis by customer on key directional differences from one version of the field forecast to the next and communicate to Corporate Sales risk against the Annual Operating Plan, Corporate Forecast or inventory supply.
o    Work with corporate Inventory Replenishment group to ensure the availability of product to meet the customer demand. 
·     Sales analysis:
o    Monitor product sales, assess performance and provide implications and recommendations with respect to launch accuracy versus Field and Corporate Sales forecast.
o    Prepare financial exposure for bi-quarterly pricing meetings, communicate product price changes and validate customer reimbursement claims. Prepare and distribute the product price list on a monthly basis.
o    Additional Analysis function (Training and efficiencies):
·     Field Analyst training and upgrade skills in field
·     Regular review of reporting efficiency (i.e. making sure no duplication of effort)

Basic Function:
The Vice President, Global Supply Chain Planning is responsible for S&amp;OP processes including analytics and tools for supply chain decisions. The Supply Chain Planning Group is new to the organization and this individual will need to establish the team, build influence within the organization and become a critical member of the Supply Chain Leadership Team. The initial focus and priority is on inventory planning with a phased approach to broader supply chain planning.

Duties and Responsibilities:  
·    Define and own global inventory planning process ensuring visibility of decision deadlines and approvals received within deadlines
·     Set hardware, new release software and catalog software inventory strategy and lead execution of this strategy
·    Drive alignment with Sales, Finance, Business Intelligence and Business Units on Hardware and New Release forecast demand and inventorypurchase decisions

Duties and Responsibilities:  
In terms of "Paid Media"
&middot;     Develop and execute a strategy to support the Company's estimated $200MM media budget.
&middot;     Functional owner of the Company's total media budget to include TV, Print, Radio, Online, OOH, SEM and Sponsorships.

Job Title:   Prop Artist (Temporary Full-time)  (January 2010 start)                    Reports To: Art Director

Basic Function:
Create props from concept drawings and alter higher resolution models for implementation on the Wii.
Duties and Responsibilities:  
-     Create props that are efficient, built to scale and satisfy budgetary requirements
-     Create textures and apply them to models
-     Manage a number of assets and prioritize tasks; may support less experienced prop artist
-     Collaborate with programmers to support implementation process
-     Generate basic behaviour tree for designers/programmers to tune
-     Provide simple animation to props while ensuring consistency with art direction
-     Work with QA to resolve any issues; receives support from more experienced artists as necessary
-     Receives feedback and modifies work based on direction

Job Summary
The NT Systems Engineer works with the system staff involved in the design, development and implementation of NT systems projects. ·     Database Administration, tuning and support for the enterprise databases and systems.

·     Ensure that the proper disaster recovery procedures are in place and adhered to.

·     Monitoring and tuning is an important part of this role and detailed understanding of the Oracle data dictionary, TKprof, Explain Plan, cost based, rule based optimizers, indexes, and SQL statement tuning are key.
·     Must be proficient with the use of Oracle 8i/9i/10g Database &amp; SQL Server (7.0 &amp; 2K) tools and their use in troubleshooting.

Reporting to the VP of Quality Assurance and Customer Service, the Director of Functional Quality Assurance (QAF) is responsible for creating Activision&#39;s strategic and operational plans for QAF and for implementing those plans. The Director works closely with senior QA management and with our partners in Production and at the studios to establish business processes, workflows and best practices, and ultimately to deliver functional testing services that are cost-effective and speedy. In addition, the Director is responsible for building and maintaining a high-performing QAF organization. This responsibility includes the training, mentoring and growth of all QAF employees, and developing the leadership skills of the management team. This person also identifies opportunities for outsourcing and is responsible for successfully managing relationships with several outsource vendors. Excellent communication within the QAF organization, with other elements of CS/QA, and with our Activision business partners is critical to the success of this role.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Strategic Planning and Implementation (25%)
·     Works with senior management in QA, Production and at the studios to develop strategic and operational plans, business processes, and workflows for QAF and the interactions between QAF, Production and the studios.
·     Develop QAF goals and objectives that support the overall CS/QA goals and objectives, as well as those of Activision.
·     Works with QAF management to implement operational plans.
·     Works with senior QA management and QAF management to establish best QAF practices and to assimilate those practices into QAF&#39;s daily operations.
·     Continually seek methods to improve the effectiveness, speed and productivity of QAF.
2.Deliver Cost-Effective, Speedy QAF services (40%)
·     Plan all QAF testing projects including budget, staff, resources, schedule, etc.
·     Ensure that all QAF testing projects are executed to expected standards, on time and within budget.
·     Ensure that QAF teams maintain excellent levels of communication with Production, studios and other business partners.
·     Identify opportunities to outsource QAF functions when appropriate; maintain and strengthen relationships with multiple outsource vendors; continually seek economical yet effective opportunities.
3.Build and Maintain a High-Performing QAF Organization (35%)
·     Develop an effective structure for QAF with clear roles and responsibilities.
·     Plan and manage all RFT and temporary positions within the QAF organization.
·     Maintain, communicate and execute an effective performance management program for QAF.
·     Work within budget and other constraints to compensate all roles in QAF appropriately in relation to industry standards and Activision&#39;s strategic compensation targets; consistently work towards compensation fairness within QAF.
·     Implement methods to ensure high employee retention, especially strategic and critical positions.
·     Mentor direct staff and grow their abilities as leaders.
·     Ensure that all QAF employees have career development plans as well as ongoing training to improve performance and contribution as well as prepare them for growth.
·     Prepare one or more people as successor for this role, in case of promotion or other movement.

·     BS/BA in a technical field preferred, or equivalent work experience

·     Experience with and knowledge of First Party certification processes

Treyarch is in search of Animators to work on a high-profile title to create in-game and cinematic animations of the highest quality. Applicants must have at least two years experience in character animation for games and a strong understanding of traditional animation fundamentals.
