IT Application Support Engineer
Responsibilities:
&bull; Provide escalated support by investigating and resolving complicated business application issues and their related systems
&bull; Develop expert understanding of technical and business process flow for applications and provide recommendations for improvement
&bull; Provide appropriate communication, facilitate bringing other parties together, and complete post resolution reporting for high severity incidents
&bull; Participate in Development efforts, provide input for future requirements, and inform Service Desk or others of Release Notes and any known issues

&bull; Setup, configure, maintain and monitor assigned business application(s) and related systems

We are seeking a committed and driven Account Executive to sell software solutions to enterprise-level customers. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales star with a competitive base salary plus commission.

Responsibilities Include:
&bull; Ability to sell enterprise solutions to B2B customers (i.e. government, non-profit, private sector, etc.)
&bull; Building trust, loyalty and solid long-term relationships with C-level stakeholders and key decision-makers
&bull; Entrepreneurial mentality with focus on sourcing new business through cold calling and strategic business development campaigns
&bull; Ability to manage sales pipeline and accurately forecast sales projections
&bull; Competence in navigating an opportunity through sales funnel from initial call to close
&bull; Experience using Account Planners to assess opportunity scope, risks, deliverables and timelines
&bull; Proficiency in writing proposals in response to RFP&rsquo;s and RFI&rsquo;s
&bull; Presenting bi-annual territory reviews to management team

Requirements:
&bull; 5+ years of successful enterprise sales experience with a proven, successful track record
&bull; Ability to deliver on growth, selecting and qualifying opportunities and achieving sales objectives
&bull; Proficiency in core sales methodologies (i.e. Franklin Covey, Mahan, Power Messaging, etc.) and ability to apply them in the sales process
&bull; Exceptional interpersonal skills, customer-focused, strong communication and organizational skills, goal-oriented and self-motivated team player
&bull; Polished and professional presentation skills
&bull; Ability to learn, use and understand existing and future software applications
&bull; Previous business development experience an asset
&bull; Quick to adapt to new environments and able to grasp complex business processes
&bull; Strong entrepreneurial spirit and a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
&bull; Adept with industry-standard applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
&bull; Ability to travel 4-6 weeks throughout the year
