* Write verification specifications, verification plans, and documentation
* Generate test bench and automatic regression plans
* Be responsible for simulations, verifications, and debugging of circuit and logic designs (schematics, analog, RTL)

About this Position:Seeking an individual, capable of performing two different yet interconnected roles of proactive Network Engineer and UNIX/Linux System Administrator.
* Configure and maintain firewalls, routers, wireless networks and VPNs

Required Skills and Experience:

About This Position:The Corporate Controller is responsible for ensuring quality in financial reporting and forecasting. Reporting directly to the CFO, the Corporate Controller manages all financial and accounting functions of the Company, including internal and external financial reporting, SEC compliance, accounting policies and procedures, financial analysis, general accounting, consolidation of foreign subsidiaries, treasury, tax, stock administration, accounts payable, payroll, credit and collections, accounts receivable, and cost accounting.

Required Skills and Experience:
* Minimum 10-15 years with steady progression through audit and Controller ranks.

* CPA required.
* Expert knowledge of accounting and auditing fundamentals, GAAP and SEC reporting required.
* Specific experience with SOX section 404, FAS 123R and revenue recognition a plus.

About this position:
The Customer Service Account Manager will provide in-house tactical and strategic support to the Sales Field to drive customer business issues, received at the factory, to closure. The primary responsibilities of this position are post sales related activities at the headquarters office, with a secondary focus of developing strategies and solutions to increase customer satisfaction.

About this position:
This role will be responsible for uncovering and closing key design wins in a selected set of Tier One/Focus Accounts. These may include Juniper, Apple, Brocade and Google.
Responsibilities will include:
* Full qualification of each account which will include the identification of key business units, key decision makers and their revenue potential for Actel
* Working with your RSM to set annual strategic plans for each account. This will include:
* The selection and prioritization of key business units to penetrate
* The development of goals/strategies/tactics to increase Actel's opportunities and design win in each assigned account
* Achievement of Revenue goals for each account
* Achievement of Opportunity, Design Start and Design Win Budgets for each account
* Achievement of an "excellent" rating during customer reviews
* Effective utilization of Actel's FAE, engineering and marketing teams in achievement of above
* Build strong communications with the Actel factory to ensure your customers and field sales team are well supported
* Coach individual salespeople in Actel channel on how to better sell Actel within their territories with the goal of turning them into high performers
* Uncover opportunities that will lead to meaningful revenue
* Prepare accurate quarterly forecast, territory success stories and reviews of the channel and their sales people
Required Skills and Experience:
* 7-10 years minimum experience in sales and sales management
* FAE experience preferred
* Have a proven track record of being able to manage and grow a territory
* Possess a proven track record of exceeding opportunity, design start and revenue goals
* Strong presentation skills - this will include experience in the design and delivery of effective sales training
* Strong communication and organizational skills

As a Product Manager, the individual will be responsible for the commercial success of Actel?s Flash FPGA product lines (IGLOO and ProASIC3).
Duties Include:
* Develop market plans that identify target applications and provide differentiating value propositions
