The Retail Services department works together with ACNielsen&rsquo;s many Retailer Clients to cultivate value-added partnerships. The goal is to become the primary and leading source of business insights for Retailers.

As a Senior Data Specialist, you will be the liaison between the Company and our clients, responsible for handling customer requests and assisting in the preparation of data summaries and special analyses. You will also assist our clients gain insights into their business objectives. 
Key Qualifications
&middot;    Post-secondary degree\diploma in Marketing/Business
&middot;    1-3 years of marketing, sales or category management experience

&middot;    Must be able to work as part of a team

&middot;    Demonstrated organizational and interpersonal skills

&middot;    Strong analytical and technical skills (emphasis on MS Office)

&middot;    Solid written and verbal communication skills

&middot;    Excellent attention to detail, good logic and time management skills

&middot;    Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Pricing &amp; Contract Administrator
Finance and Accounting - 17 Month Contract

Markham Contracts &amp; Pricing, part of the Finance Department, is reorganizing to better serve our Client Development group. As a Pricing &amp; Contract Administrator, you will handle the process for your clients from initial pricing through to releasing the final contract.

Key Qualifications

The successful candidate will have an extremely diverse set of skills, but will be strong most particularly in the following areas:

&middot;    Superior attention to detail and aptitude with numbers
&middot;    Strong technical skills (must be proficient in MS Excel and Word)

Position Summary

&middot;    Reports to the Sr. Vice President of Global Platforms
&middot;    Co-ordinates budget &amp; forecast information including expense and variance analysis
&middot;    Schedules meetings, maintains calendar, co-ordinates travel arrangements and creates reports and presentations for SVP
&middot;    Co-ordinates travel arrangements, organizes staff functions, handles purchase requests for department
&middot;    Prioritizes incoming mail, prepares expense reports; liaise with A/P in Allentown
&middot;    Maintains lists, files, invoices, salary administration process
&middot;    Co-ordinates and attends monthly Management meetings and prepares notes
&middot;    Manages moves and PC allocations for department; liaise with IT and Facilities


Key Qualifications

&middot;    Superb multi-tasking skills, attention to detail and communication skills
&middot;    Independent worker, strong interpersonal skills, confident and professional
&middot;    Confidentiality and discretion a must
&middot;    Advanced proficiency with Outlook and Microsoft Office
&middot;    Strong competency with numbers and basic accounting knowledge
&middot;    Minimum 4-5 years related experience in anexecutivebusiness environment. College education specializing in Business Administration would be an asset.
