Essential Functions:

* Review and ensure accurate and timely completion of Day Hab Plans including coordination of clinical safeguards(psychology and nursing), and monthly progress notes. 
* Assume responsibility for the administrative direction of the program as assigned
* Coordinate and/or provide staff training to ensure completion in a timely manner.
* Complete and monitor petty cash and individuals funds
* Prepare and participate in the Internal Incident Review process.
* Serve as a liaison between the program and families, residences, family care providers and the service coordinators to ensure a coordinated plan of care.

Provide direct oversight of program activities of the assigned program. Coordinate all program related issues. Provide immediate supervision to Day Habilitation Supervisors and overall supervision of staff.
Essential Functions:

* Review and ensure accurate and timely completion of Day Hab Plans including coordination of clinical safeguards(psychology and nursing), and monthly progress notes. 
* Assume responsibility for the administrative direction of the program as assigned
* Coordinate and/or provide staff training to ensure completion in a timely manner.
* Complete and monitor petty cash and individuals funds
* Prepare and participate in the Internal Incident Review process.
* Serve as a liaison between the program and families, residences, family care providers and the service coordinators to ensure a coordinated plan of care.

ACLD&rsquo;s Residential RN is an integral part of the Residential Program&rsquo;s team which strives to provide opportunities for our adult group home residents with developmental disabilities to pursue enviable lives and increase their independence. The Registered Nurse participates in the assessment, planning, implementation and supervision of medical care for the individuals we serve. He/she provides oversight and training of direct care staff in monitoring medical systems designed to ensure the highest quality of care. This position requires the review of various assessments, logs, etc. and follow-up where necessary; ensures all medical appointments; tests and lab work are completed as required; provide on-call phone coverage for emergency situations (M &ndash; F); and assists with the AMAP certification process for his/her assigned cluster of homes.

Job Requirements :
The ideal candidate will have a current NYS RN license; two years RN experience; general knowledge of medications and their interactions; and moderate computer skills.
