* Must pass the forklift driving test.

* Be willing to recertify forklift training and testing as necessary.

* Must be punctual and dependable in arriving to work.

- Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems and Familiarity with mini spit air conditioners and DC inverter technologies

- Team facilitation and training skills

- Strong decision making, change management and negotiation skills

- Ability to work well and quickly under pressure
