This individual will be responsible for timely and accurate completion and adherence to customer requirements. This role will provide direct support to Marketing Services Director, Merchandising Manager and Trade Show Manager. This role will report to the Marketing Services Director. Key Position Responsibilities:

Manage the catalog review team in the production of customer and internal catalog reviews assuring that reviews are accurate, complete and produced on time; assure satisfaction by conducting post review follow-ups.  Perform catalog reviews. Oversee and publish annual catalog review calendar.
* 
Manage the catalog review process and procedures and assure all participants (Product and Channel Managers, Sales and Marketing Services) are fully knowledgeable and trained in their respective roles.
* 
Help Marketing Director with major internal catalogs/brochures. Project manage FACT book, Back to School, New Products and any other larger brochures/catalogs from a non-graphics standpoint. Set up a process for all constituents (Product Managers, graphics and production area and Marketing Services) to perform role and stay on time. Manage page set up project with outside vendors as needed. Determine a more effective way to link internal catalog production to online tools.
* 
Ensure team provides project management assistance and tracking for merchandising projects. Provide ad hoc support as need to Merchandising Manager.
* 
Ensure team organizes trade show badges, hotels and other administrative requirements for the Trade Show Manager.
* 
Oversee expense entry and database for marketing services. Ensure team processes invoices in Oracle.
* 
Serve as a center of excellence for proof reading any projects within marketing services. 
* 
Ensure entire team can support graphics/production area on projects such as mock ups, image pulls, especially for catalog reviews, and uploading images to DIL.
* 
Provide one point of contact for legal for US Marketing trademarks and to liaise with relevant Brand Managers on documentation and decisions.
* 
Work on other projects as needed for Marketing Services team.
* 
Maintain service levels and monitor metrics.

Position Qualifications:
* Bachelor degree or equivalent preferred. 
* Catalog management experience a must. 
* Project Management experience is required.
* Apply sound logic and make recommendations to resolve challenges/questions. 
* Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks under time pressure.
* Possess strong skills in project and time management, attention to detail, interpersonal, communication and customer service.
* Drive for results and work cross functionally internally and with vendors.
* Be a real team player and know how to meet internal customer needs
* Basic skills including ability to create worksheets/templates in Excel and help with basic budgeting.

Key Position Responsibilities:

Position Qualifications:

This position will be focused on opening, managing and coordinating all activities relating to new mass market growth accounts. The Mass Market Channel Sales Manager will focus primarily on immediatelyopening new channels at retailwith customers within mass, club, drug, electronics, and department stores. External-Communicate regularly with customers: promotional plans, web opportunities, program development, creative merchandising, up selling and cross selling product opportunities, POG negotiation, bid development, Excess and Obsolete product controls,

Developing and presenting Merchandising, Promotion, and Product opportunities, P&amp;L&rsquo;s,

Striving to get to a Category Management status within the accounts.

This individual will provide engineering support to Project Leaders and the Engineering Manager to meet the engineering innovation initiatives for inline document finishing solutions. Executes and coordinates the implementation of a concept through all phases of development; proof of principle, alpha, beta, field-testing and production until the manufacturing and performance of the product meets expectations.

Position Qualifications:
Principle Duties, Responsibilities, and Authority: 
* 
1. Assists Master Scheduler in planning and preparing production schedules to establish sequence and lead time for each operation to meet shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders.
* 2. Analyzes production specifications and plant capacity data and performs mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, tool, and manpower requirements. Coordinates with manufacturing on the results. Coordinates with purchasing on shortages that would prevent manufacturing from meeting schedule.
* 3. Plans sequence of fabrication, assembly, and other manufacturing operations for guidance of manufacturing management.
* 4. Confers with management to determine status of assigned projects.
* 5. Expedites operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.
* 6. Prepares production reports, lists of required materials, tools, and equipment.
* 7. Serves as liaison between Customer Service and Manufacturing on bids and delivery dates for customers.
* 8. Performs other related duties as may be required.
Minimum Requirements: (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities) Minimum High School Diploma with BS Degree preferred. APICS or other specialized training a plus in providing the necessary acquired knowledge. Entry level to 5 years experience in a similar position in a manufacturing environment. Must be proficient in Excell, with Access, BPCS, Praxa, and/or AS 400 experience helpful.

The Inside Sales Account Manager is responsible for managing a territory of new and existing customers and prospects, for delivering sales and gross margin volume plans within the assigned territory, and for seeking out and networking with all key decision makers and influencers within the customers' organizations to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities. 
Responsibilities will include:
* Closes sales within price and terms profitable to ACCO Brands.
* Develops and implements weekly, monthly, and annual sales activity plans for assigned territory and monitors actuals against established goals.
* Develops and implements new account acquisition planning and strategy.
* Maintains current and complete records of customers, contacts and sales activities in per established standards, processes, and systems.
* Develops in depth knowledge of customers, specifically (A) going beyond explicit needs articulated by customers to identify root cause of issues and promote additional value-added solutions (B) understanding the current use(s) of products and identifying and promoting complimentary products or services and (C) understanding the buying process.
* Maintains regular communication and follow up with both internal and external customers and prospects via phone, email and other available avenues to ensure customer satisfaction, resolve issues, seize opportunities, and maintain favorable relationships.
* Analyzes sales data and other available information to identify opportunities for revenue generation and profit improvement, adjusts sales planning and activity based on findings.
* Reports results of activities to upper management and notifies of escalated issues or problems.
* Implements effective coverage plan that provides contact with all consumers and customers.
* Effectively identifies and coordinates appropriate resources to capitalize on opportunities.
* Responsible for maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products and services.
* Coaches Inside Sales Partners on cross selling and product uses and applications.

Position Qualifications:
* 
Bachelors degree (or equivalent work experience) required
* 
Minimum 1+ years inside or outside sales experience (account management experience a plus)
* 
Working knowledge of PC in Windows 98 environment and using Excel, Word, Outlook
* 
Salesforce.com experience a plus
* 
Highly skilled in verbal and written communications, excellent English, other language helpful
* 
Basic mathematics skills
* 
Ability to drive for results, use good judgment, prioritize projects, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, negotiate, communicate professionally and effectively, and work as a team player

Position Summary:
National Account Manager, Club &amp; Mass Market Channel
To provide constant and consistent sales expertise to retail channel customers within the assigned territory. Act as the main point of contact for account buyers, marketing managers, operation/inventory managers, customer financial contacts. Primary channel segment of focus to include, but not be limited to, Wal-mart, Sam&rsquo;s Club, Costco, and Target; particular knowledge and experience in that channel set necessary. Using all marketing and channel activities at their disposal, this person should meet or exceed assigned territory sales goals. 
Use Kensington&rsquo;s strong recognition within the market to drive profitable sales volume. This equates to owning the sales quota by account, and planning the business to achieve maximum sales.
* Manage the sales process inside a set of accounts, including:
* working closely with the account buyers to build strong business relationships,
* continued account management of current book of business;
* presenting and gaining placement of new products and promotions,
* identifying new category opportunities and relaying to product management,
* Participation in account marketing activities as needed (ie: trade events, trainings, floor events, etc.)
* Use of POS and sales-in data to identify strong performers and problem products
* Place all applicable products on customer&rsquo;s e-commerce site and in the retail stores, and management of all administration (Operational, Marketing, Sales, and Financial) of that subclass of business.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES AND DECISION-MAKING
* Work with independent sales representatives (where applicable). 
* Identification of potential new customer targets for possible inclusion in Kensington portfolio.
* Possibility for management or leadership role with junior members of organization, to potentially include mentoring or direct management.
* Potentially acting as global lead for key account and main point of contact for account within overall Kensington worldwide business.
* Attendance at industry and trade events as needed.

Position Qualifications:

Education
BS or BA preferred; MBA a plus.
Experience
A minimum of 5 years sales or relevant industry / company experience in consumer goods, computer retail, and high tech sales
Skills
PC literate, able to adapt to and embrace new technologies
Ability to travel 50% of the time

Envision and develop global consumer centric marketing strategies, policies, communication process and products/services which resonate with consumers and build competitive advantage for short and long term success. Responsible for building and executing a viable three year plan for Sales, GM, &amp; OCC of Day-Timer&rsquo;s P&amp;L and Asset base outcomes, across all sales channels in total.

Enhance and leverage brand equity and build integrated and impactful marketing plans and brand messaging strategies. Ensure and communicate the right product, price, promotional message &amp; distribution strategy; and define/elicit Service Teams (Ops, HR, IT, Finance) requirements and support to be successful in a highly matrixed environment. Create partnerships, licenses and promotional concepts, and direct the Creative for packaging, PR, and internet strategies which enhance customer communication relevance and impact.  Ensure high level of integration with Sale Channel leaders to ensure right product mix, gross margin and sales impact available for sales to achieve the annual P&amp;L.
Influence Channel teams Direct (B2C and B2B) in US and Overseas, and lead Creative teams to execute programs consistent with the marketing plans and vision.
Lead a highly diverse professional marketing team where visioning, creativity, analysis, planning and strategic thinking are all critical elements for success. High level of contribution to the development and execution of Business Strategy and Annual Operating Plans required.
ORGANIZATION RELATIONSHIPS
The Director Product Marketing reports to the Vice President &amp; General Manager of Day-Timers, Inc. and manages a staff of Day-Timer focused Marketing and New Product Development professionals. The Director of Product Marketing and his/her staff have a direct influence on the Day-Timers employees because he/she leads the customer facing initiatives, establishes resources required and drives the consumer centric marketing strategies which must be understood and embraced by all employees including Sales, Creative Services, Finance, HR, Customer Service, and Operations Departments in order to succeed.
This position works closely with all Sales Channel Directors; Director Business Planning &amp; Analysis, VP Customer Service; Director of Ops, Sourcing, Finance; and extensively within the Day-Timers Marketing organization including Creative. 

This role has high influence on the VP &amp; GM in creating strategic vision, defining marketing priorities and creating an environment of continuous learning and execution excellence.
PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES:

Develop the Marketing Strategy and Lead the 2010 Key Strategic initiatives teams focused on Brand and New Products

* Work with marketing team to create thoughtful budget/forecast assumptions and with financial team to accurately carry this data over to official budget/forecast submissions.
* Deeply analyze online marketing results, including evaluation of search campaigns, affiliate programs and website trends.
* Actively participate in promotion planning process, helping to accurately predict response and back end performance data as well as recommending segmentation methods.
* Create historical analysis, allowing for accurate forecasting of future campaigns and construction of pro-forma P&amp;L scenarios.
* Support the Acquisition Manager and Retention Manager with any analysis required to meet new customer and renewal rate targets.
* Build accurate demand forecasts for direct marketing campaigns, sharing this data with appropriate sourcing and manufacturing contacts in order to maintain appropriate inventory levels.
* Serve as the lead marketing voice for the company-wide data warehouse, ensuring the resulting reports are both accurate and actionable.
* Oversee the marketing database, ensuring data accuracy, incorporating effective analytical techniques, recommending additional data elements and suggesting segmentation strategies.
* Monitor all marketing expenses to ensure proper recognition within monthly financials.
* Assume full P&amp;L responsibility for list and insert program.

Position Qualifications:
Position Qualifications
* 
5 + years analysis experience is required, preferably in multi-channel marketing environment. 
* 
Bachelors degree required, advanced degree preferred.
* 
A web analytics background is preferred.
* 
Expertise in Excel and other tools to facilitate effective campaign analysis is required.
* 
Knowledge of SQL required and other statistical packages (SAS) beneficial.
* 
Background in Google Analytics for web and search analysis.
* 
Report development from data warehouses.
* 
Ability to examine data, identify patterns and interpret results.
* 
Strong capacity to track source of data and verify accuracy.
* Affinity for and understanding of direct marketing techniques.
