Position Summary:
This position supports all operations and functions in a cross-functional team environment. The associate provides direct customer support by answering customer order and inquiry calls, offering upgrade/cross sell products and processing mail orders, payments and other miscellaneous transactions such as, handling returns, assisting confused customers and assisting internal sales reps. This position demonstrates an advanced knowledge/skill level, and may have the opportunity to learn the Team Support Associate tasks and responsibilities.
Responsibilities will include:
* 
Inbound Calls- Associate will place orders and provide support for Day-Timer and other contractual customer calls. This would include taking orders, resolving customer complaints, researching and resolving billing errors and cross selling/up-selling products. The associate should meet productivity, quality, sales and service goals as outlined in the departmental guidelines and ranges for an "A Level" Customer Service Associate.
* 
Outbound calls- Associate will place outbound calls to current and prospective customers. This would include "welcome calls", customer satisfaction surveys and market research projects. This may require the associate to independently solve problems, answer product questions, make decisions and handle difficult problems without escalating calls. In addition, the associate will communicate recurring trends, issues and possible solutions to leadership. To accomplish this task the associate must have superior product and procedural knowledge, analytical and communication skills.

Non-Phone work- Associate will process work functions not directly received via telephone which may include but are not limited to: Mail orders ( all types), chats, e-mails, credit memos, correspondence, registration cards, free memos, file maintenance and faxes. In addition, the associate will, as needed, assist with monitors, maybe match reports and various audits.
* 
Staff development- Associate will, as needed, assist with training classes, act as mentors and "buddies" for new agents and prospective employees.
* 
Agent Assistance- Associate will, as needed, provide support on the agent assistance lines. This would involve providing direction on how to handle difficult calls, resolving customer concerns, clarifying procedural issues, answering product questions and negotiating solutions to customer complaints.

Position Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent.
* 
Minimum two years of experience with Day-Timers or a combination of two years contact center/customer service experience and excellent grasp of call center systems and procedures.
* 
Superior organizational and time management skills.
* 
Ability to work in a team environment.
* 
Excellent product, system, procedural and computer knowledge (MicroSoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Instant Service).
* 
Training/background in dealing with difficult customers, negotiation, listening, analytical, written and verbal communication skills.

Position Summary:
National Account Manager, Club &amp; Mass Market Channel
To provide constant and consistent sales expertise to retail channel customers within the assigned territory. Act as the main point of contact for account buyers, marketing managers, operation/inventory managers, customer financial contacts. Primary channel segment of focus to include, but not be limited to, Wal-mart, Sam&rsquo;s Club, Costco, and Target; particular knowledge and experience in that channel set necessary. Using all marketing and channel activities at their disposal, this person should meet or exceed assigned territory sales goals. 
Use Kensington&rsquo;s strong recognition within the market to drive profitable sales volume. This equates to owning the sales quota by account, and planning the business to achieve maximum sales.
* Manage the sales process inside a set of accounts, including:
* working closely with the account buyers to build strong business relationships,
* continued account management of current book of business;
* presenting and gaining placement of new products and promotions,
* identifying new category opportunities and relaying to product management,
* Participation in account marketing activities as needed (ie: trade events, trainings, floor events, etc.)
* Use of POS and sales-in data to identify strong performers and problem products
* Place all applicable products on customer&rsquo;s e-commerce site and in the retail stores, and management of all administration (Operational, Marketing, Sales, and Financial) of that subclass of business.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES AND DECISION-MAKING
* Work with independent sales representatives (where applicable). 
* Identification of potential new customer targets for possible inclusion in Kensington portfolio.
* Possibility for management or leadership role with junior members of organization, to potentially include mentoring or direct management.
* Potentially acting as global lead for key account and main point of contact for account within overall Kensington worldwide business.
* Attendance at industry and trade events as needed.

Position Qualifications:

Education
BS or BA preferred; MBA a plus.
Experience
A minimum of 5 years sales or relevant industry / company experience in consumer goods, computer retail, and high tech sales
Skills
PC literate, able to adapt to and embrace new technologies
Ability to travel 50% of the time

POSITION SUMMARY
Envision and develop global consumer centric marketing strategies, policies, communication process and products/services which resonate with consumers and build competitive advantage for short and long term success. Responsible for building and executing a viable three year plan for Sales, GM, &amp; OCC of Day-Timer&rsquo;s P&amp;L and Asset base outcomes, across all sales channels in total.
Know and segment consumers to determine and define market potential for current lines; and create and launch new products and services to grow the business. Create unique sustainable competitive differentiation and add value to people&rsquo;s lives as measured in trial, retention and advocacy. Enhance and leverage brand equity and build integrated and impactful marketing plans and brand messaging strategies. Ensure and communicate the right product, price, promotional message &amp; distribution strategy; and define/elicit Service Teams (Ops, HR, IT, Finance) requirements and support to be successful in a highly matrixed environment. Create partnerships, licenses and promotional concepts, and direct the Creative for packaging, PR, and internet strategies which enhance customer communication relevance and impact.  Ensure high level of integration with Sale Channel leaders to ensure right product mix, gross margin and sales impact available for sales to achieve the annual P&amp;L.
Influence Channel teams Direct (B2C and B2B) in US and Overseas, and lead Creative teams to execute programs consistent with the marketing plans and vision.
Lead a highly diverse professional marketing team where visioning, creativity, analysis, planning and strategic thinking are all critical elements for success. High level of contribution to the development and execution of Business Strategy and Annual Operating Plans required.
ORGANIZATION RELATIONSHIPS
The Director Product Marketing reports to the Vice President &amp; General Manager of Day-Timers, Inc. and manages a staff of Day-Timer focused Marketing and New Product Development professionals. The Director of Product Marketing and his/her staff have a direct influence on the Day-Timers employees because he/she leads the customer facing initiatives, establishes resources required and drives the consumer centric marketing strategies which must be understood and embraced by all employees including Sales, Creative Services, Finance, HR, Customer Service, and Operations Departments in order to succeed.
This position works closely with all Sales Channel Directors; Director Business Planning &amp; Analysis, VP Customer Service; Director of Ops, Sourcing, Finance; and extensively within the Day-Timers Marketing organization including Creative. 

This role has high influence on the VP &amp; GM in creating strategic vision, defining marketing priorities and creating an environment of continuous learning and execution excellence.
PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES:
 
* 
Develop the Marketing Strategy and Lead the 2010 Key Strategic initiatives teams focused on Brand and New Products
* 
Lead the New Business Development&rsquo;s launch planning process and integrate into 3 year P&amp;L; creating sound strategies and realistic and aggressive growth to achieve + 10% CAGR in sales by 2012.
* 
Understand and interpret customer needs and create products services, communication strategies and business plans to respond profitably across paper, hybrid and electronic new product flat forms 
* 
Develop and execute all ideation processes and end consumer Marketing Research during planning and adoption stage for new products.
* 
Develop and communicate effective marketing plans for each new product in order to launch in a timely manner, by knowing channel parameters, to meet annual P&amp;L goals.

Establish Brand positioning &amp; competitive differentiation platforms to end run competition and deliver unique benefits; know competition and develop strong counter moves

Identify and manage Partnerships/Licensing programs to help fulfill new product mission

Ensure each sales channel has the right products at right price, at right time to maximize DT&rsquo;s ability to &ldquo;win&rdquo; &amp; keep profitable customers

Establish policies for managing the brand; i.e. around pricing, partnerships and channel conflict

Forecast demand; approve supply decisions to minimize OSMI

Position Qualifications:
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
* 
College degree in marketing or business required; MBA or related experience highly preferred.
* 
15 plus years in a Strategic Marketing Leadership/brand management role for a forward thinking, cutting edge consumer centric marketing organization is required. 
* 
10 plus years in New Product Development in a company redefining itself, it&rsquo;s brand and it&rsquo;s consumer segments is required.
* 
Significant P&amp;L management experience in a matrixed organization
* 
3 plus years Direct Marketing experience is required
* 
5 plus years in a strategic marketing role in an Office Products company

The Business Intelligence Analyst will report to the Vice President of Strategic Planning &amp; Analysis within the finance organization. The Business Intelligence Analyst will have strong analytical and problem solving skills, with an emphasis on being able to reconcile, triangulate and interpolate disparate data sources. Position Summary:
Kensington Computer Products Group a division of ACCO Brands Corporation, one of the world's largest suppliers of branded office products, with annual revenues of over $1 billion, currently has an opening for a Senior Regional Product Marketing Manager. This position will have P&amp;L responsibility for Kensington's US Security and Notebook Connectivity business. The Senior regional Product Manager will work with the global product management group to establish the right products for the US market place. They will be responsible for launching and lifecycle management including pricing and forecasting of all security and notebook connectivity accessories through all channels. They will also work with the central marketing teams to create messaging and marketing materials to ensure a market leadership position. They will work with Sales &amp; Channel Marketing to establish go to market strategies to ensure market success and works with sales teams to gain placement and sell through.
Responsibilities will include:
* 
Establish &amp; execute appropriate plans to support targeted US Regional revenue growth and profit at of above annual budgeted levels. 
* 
Develop annual plans and execute via cross functional teams to deliver to assigned product line's financial targets (net sales and margin, inventory turns).
* 
Drive the right Go to Market strategy and marketing mix (pricing, promotion, channel placement) to ensure Kensington's Security and Notebook Connectivity business meets its sales and financial objectives.
* 
Identify business threats and opportunities (SWOT) based on market and competitive analysis. Works with manager to develop and implement plans to minimize threats and capitalize on opportunities.
* 
Attend trade shows to provide product info assistance and participate in press events. Participated in press tours for new products.
* 
Launch Security and Notebook Connectivity products into the US market place. 
* 
Establish strategic direction, initial pricing &amp; launch plans for new products.
* 
Working with the central marketing (channel &amp; communications) team, support development and approves messaging and copy for packaging, PR, Web and collateral.
* 
Working with the channel marketing teams, build launch plans and tools to successfully introduce new products into all channels.
* 
Establish initial inventory forecasts, and support the forecasting process wit the GTM organization.
* 
Ensure products are properly setup within our systems. 
* 
Support sales efforts with presentations, product training, samples and field support as required.
* 
Evangelize the product line: support ongoing PR, marketing and sales efforts
* 
Establish appropriate street pricing, adjusting for changing market conditions.
* 
Provide deal pricing and support
* 
Develop ongoing monthly forecast
* 
Manages overstocked product - drives promotional plans through sales
* 
Establish and communicates end of life strategies including transition plans from older models to newer. 
* 
For the US region, is the 'go to' expert for Security and Notebook Connectivity products and competitive knowledge.
* 
Communicates US market, channel and product needs to the Global product team - including requests for new products, product changes/enhancements, cost reductions etc.

Position Qualifications:
* BA/BS Degree in Marketing or Engineering
* 8+ years experience in product marketing
* Experience with project management
* Must be a strategic thinker, strong analytic skills
* Must be a self starter with professional, driven attitude and strong work ethic
* Must have organizational, cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
* Time management skills - ability to organize work, manage time, and work on multiple projects in a fast paced environment
* Ability to clearly communicate product, marketing and design objectives
* Must be technology savvy - Understand and be familiar with current technology trends including how consumers use laptops for both personal and business uses.

This position will assists the Master Scheduler in planning and preparing production schedules for the manufacture of Company products to meet the needs of customer orders in a timely manner.

Position Qualifications:
Principle Duties, Responsibilities, and Authority: 
* 
1. Assists Master Scheduler in planning and preparing production schedules to establish sequence and lead time for each operation to meet shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders.
* 2. Analyzes production specifications and plant capacity data and performs mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, tool, and manpower requirements. Coordinates with manufacturing on the results. Coordinates with purchasing on shortages that would prevent manufacturing from meeting schedule.
* 3. Plans sequence of fabrication, assembly, and other manufacturing operations for guidance of manufacturing management.
* 4. Confers with management to determine status of assigned projects.
* 5. Expedites operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.
* 6. Prepares production reports, lists of required materials, tools, and equipment.
* 7. Serves as liaison between Customer Service and Manufacturing on bids and delivery dates for customers.
* 8. Performs other related duties as may be required.
Minimum Requirements: (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities) Minimum High School Diploma with BS Degree preferred. APICS or other specialized training a plus in providing the necessary acquired knowledge. Entry level to 5 years experience in a similar position in a manufacturing environment. Must be proficient in Excell, with Access, BPCS, Praxa, and/or AS 400 experience helpful.

This position supports all operations and functions in a cross-functional team environment. This would include taking orders, cross selling/up-selling products, resolving customer complaints and training on researching and resolving billing errors. * Must be able to communicate by telephone, read, write, and conversationally speak English frequently.
* Outbound calls- Associate will place outbound calls to current and prospective customers. This would include "welcome calls", customer satisfaction surveys and market research projects. This may require the associate to resolve problems, answer product questions, and handle difficult problems without escalating calls. In addition, the associate will communicate recurring trends, issues and possible solutions to leadership. To accomplish this task the associate must have superior product and procedural knowledge, analytical and communication skills.
* Non-Phone work- Associate will process work functions not directly received via telephone which may include but are not limited to: Mail orders (except specialty), chats, e-mails, registration cards, free memos, file maintenance and faxes. In addition, associates that demonstrate excellent procedural and product knowledge may have the opportunity to train on Specialty Orders, credit memos, correspondence and maybe match in preparation for advancement to the next level.
* Staff development- Associate will, as needed, assist with training classes, act as mentors and "buddies" for new agents and prospective employees.
* Associates demonstrating advanced procedural and product knowledge may be given the opportunity to train in all areas of Customer Service, including all adjustment types.
* Position requires frequent typing, repetitive motion, fingering, and talking, hearing and visual Activity-Near vision (46%-100% of the time).

Position Summary:

The Employee Communications Specialist will report to the Vice President of Corporate Communications within the Office of the Chief Executive Officer. We are seeking a high-caliber writer, editor and thinker to provide compelling journalistic content for the company's current and anticipated employee communications vehicles and social media platforms. Leveraging a relationship network of ACCO Brands employees at all levels, this individual will function as an internal reporter, developing story ideas and maintaining editorial calendars for a variety of employee communications outlets. This is a highly visible, sensitive role requiring maturity, discretion, and integrity. The ideal candidate has high standards, a strong work ethic, and thrives in a friendly, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities will include:
* Develop content for all types of communications including memos, print, on-line, publications, speeches, presentations, etc.
* Coordinate the planning, development and production of communication materials using various communication vehicles
* Duties include one or a combination of researching, reporting, writing, editing, layout and design, graphic design, or web design
* Assist in development and implementation of editorial calendars across all internal and some external communications platforms, which include social media sites, employee intranet, electronic newsletters, email campaigns and other projects as needed
* Manage day-to-day operations of employee intranet, including web content creation and publication, and coordination of images and video
* Provide communications support to internal clients on a variety of projects, such as video blogs, live and virtual presentations

Position Qualifications:
* 
BS required and MS preferred, preferably in Communications, Journalism, or Speech
* Will consider a new college graduate with intern/practicum experience
* Superior communications skills in order to work effectively with all internal constituencies to help shape, direct and manage content that is timely, accurate, compelling, and engaging required
* Talent in creating and fostering relationships with employees at all levels, including senior executives required
* Exceptional writing and editing skills; demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information and present in a clear, concise, and readable manner

As Brand Marketing Communications Manager, you will play a key role as the owner and driver of the integrated marketing communications strategy for the Swingline and GBC brand across multiple channels (online, retail &amp; catalog). Key Position Responsibilities:

Develop brand strategies and guidelines, steward the brands, and drive the connection of the individual brands into the entire ACCO Brands portfolio.
* 
Develop and implement an integrated marketing communication strategy across multiple channels (online, retail &amp; catalog).
* 
Enhance the consumer relationship and increase brand awareness through advertising, web, and public relations strategies. Update and populate branded web sites and online tools, including linkage with key customer sites.

Ensure consistency of brand consumer messaging &amp; communication throughout all customer and consumer touch points.
* 
Develop strong understanding of consumer needs and wants through market research.
* 
Act as a key driver of consumer and customer go to market launch plans for products through partnership with Product and Channel Managers as well as the Sales organization.

Develop integrated marketing communication guidelines and tools for existing products.
* 
Ownership of packaging and merchandizing design and development programs.
* 
Support ongoing and ad hoc needs for key customer reviews.
* 
Primary partner to collaborate with Product and Channel teams and Marketing Services to develop &amp; implement integrated marketing communication strategies and programs on time and within budget.

Position Qualifications:
* 
Bachelors degree required, preferably in marketing or related field, MBA preferred.
* Minimum 5+ years of marketing experience with 2+ years in brand marketing communications within consumer durables required.
* Multichannel experience for online, retail and catalog required
* Strategy and program development for web marketing, public relations, and print advertising required.
* Solid strategic positioning, creative perspective, and project management skills required.

Position Summary:

The Director of Enterprise Customer Assurance &amp; Quality will lead significant change programs in customer and quality assurance; transforming the organization from a traditional, "safety and compliance" environment to a consumer-centric, "total quality management" culture that leverages quality as a source of competitive advantage. This role will provide strategic leadership, development and implementation, to the ACCO Brands enterprise quality function made up of field quality, supplier quality, development quality, quality systems, total customer experience, and quality performance &amp; auditing. As a customer and consumer advocate, this role will include oversight management and development of an enterprise customer assurance and quality strategy globally across ACCO Brands. The Director will interact with senior-level management throughout the company and must be able to present, defend and influence others on innovative customer assurance and quality ideas as well as best practices. The successful candidate will interface with consumer products leaders, thereby promoting ACCO Brands' efforts for improving product quality and consistency, ultimately enhancing the customer's experience. Key responsibilities for the role include:

Position Responsibilities
* Lead a business and cultural transformation of a newly formed enterprise quality function dedicated to meeting the needs of the consumer and customer through continuous improvements in product quality and consistency.
* Through a matrix organization, strengthen quality team leadership and collaboration cross-functionally (The cultural transformation refers to both the Quality functions as well as the rest of ACCO Brands particularly supply chain and product development).
* Determine how each of the areas within the quality function are executing against the overall vision of ACCO Brands to be the best-run company in our industry-as an employer, a supplier, a partner and an investment-delivering long-term sustainable and profitable growth.
* Develop and implement a world-class foundation for quality systems and the function. Set corporate wide policy on Warranty and Returns. Set corporate wide quality procedures such as a Quality Alert System, Diagnosis Protocol and Priority Procedures and corporate wide global escalation process.
* Ensure an audit function is established and responsible for measuring the effectiveness of quality performance and programs throughout ACCO Brands.
* Lead the development of customer assurance &amp; quality objectives and leading measures that effectively test our goals against actual results.
* Communicate specific QA results/trends to ACCO Brands leadership. Communication should address needed areas of focus, but also offer solutions and progress updates to ensure sustained improvement.
* Analyze and translate audit results/trends into clear and meaningful coaching and development opportunities for use by the leadership team.
* Determine the impact of quality assurance initiatives on financial performance, including cost of quality; establishing KPI's and other metrics as a basis for measuring quality assurance effectiveness and managing progress versus goals.
* Establish business objectives, metrics, processes and reporting for engineering change management, customer returns, &amp; warranty.
* Develop and lead implementation of comprehensive project plans across multiple functions and geographies. Manage resources and functional interdependencies.
* Build for stronger relationships with our customers by demonstrating the continued strength of the company's quality system.
* Effectively work with Regional/Functional leaders to develop quality assurance strategies, determine priorities, and to secure commitments regarding resources and implementation schedules. Visibly demonstrate commitment to continuous improvement, quality assurance excellence and individual professional development.
* Establish an effective Refurbishment strategy aligned with the goals of regional business leaders.

Position Qualifications:

* A minimum of 10 years of quality experience is required. Job progression should be from an engineering discipline, and into a quality management role. QA Leadership experience in two or more of the following quality functions are required: manufacturing/operations, engineering, product development, logistics/distribution, and/or procurement.
* A background in consumer durables and manufacturing is required.
* Experience driving and approaching quality form the total customer experience is required.
* A quality assurance leadership role in a matrix organization where resources responsible for program execution report directly to the business/operating units and/or other functional areas.
* Hands-on leader with a track record of building a quality function including vision, systems and process development globally.
* Experience leading teams comprised of analytical and technical resources and be well-versed in state of the art tools and technologies that enable quality processes and the function.
* Must be knowledgeable and have direct experience with Total Quality Systems, corrective action, quality auditing and the deployment of SPC concepts. Certification and additional professional training (six sigma, lean, kaizen, etc.) preferred.
* Collaborative management style with experience in facilitating efforts of blended teams.
* Experience recognizing areas and symptoms of program/project risk. Must be able to escalate issues and risks to appropriate parties and work collaboratively across organization to drive resolution and ensure transparency.
* Excellent problem solving, research and analytical skills; attention to detail, objectivity and ability to think strategically
* High energy self-starter with clear, concise and polished verbal, written and presentation skills; ability to interact with all levels of the company, international contacts and current or prospective customers.
* A bachlors degree is required; higher education preferred
