Our Entry Level Cobol Programmer (Core Payroll Cybmst) is responsible for participating in activities necessary for the development and support of quality Accero Cyborg application code (Cybmst, CBSV, DSCybmst) using COBOL and Report Generator.
Duties: ? Capable of installing and running the Accero Cyborg system (in indexed and/or relational environment)
? Must have a good working knowledge of CICS and/or Windows/Unix
? Perform problem solving and have demonstrated strong analytical skills in a fast paced, technical software development environment
? Be familiar with modern software architectures, including systems developed using COBOL
? Development and maintenance of all Accero products on all supported product versions and platforms.
? Review and provide input for product requirements and design documentation
? Technical testing and troubleshooting on z/OS, and/or Windows, and/or Unix
? JCL/script review and maintenance of JCL on z/OS and other supported platforms
Qualifications: ? Bachelor?s Degree preferred (IS or CS)
? 1+ year of Cobol programming experience
? Prior experience working with a software product or enterprise application a plus
? Exhibits strong communication skills, both verbal and written
? Flexible work hours may be required, including weekends and/or evenings

The Tax Accountant position for Accero will be responsible for applying accounting principles and procedures to analyze financial information, prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements and ensure appropriate accounting control. This position will focus on the tax aspects of the business, advising management regarding effects of business activities on taxes, and on strategies for minimizing tax liability, and will work closely with outside professional advisors in the preparation of tax calculations and in the preparation of federal, state, or local tax returns, including VAT returns for operations outside the US. This position is responsible for administration, documentation and accounting for all transfer pricing activities, including coordination with outside tax advisors. Ensures that the company complies with periodic tax payment, information reporting, and other taxing authority requirements.
Duties: ? Prepares property tax returns
? Oversee sales tax calculation and filing done by staff accountant
? May complete and file local franchise tax returns, or similar reports as part of annual reporting process in state and local jurisdictions
? Reviews VAT and GST returns prepared internally or by external advisors
? Calculate and post transfer pricing invoices quarterly based on financial, legal and tax requirements
? Monitors transfer pricing issues and trends, evaluates transfer pricing methodologies, updates documentation as needed
? Research and monitors changes in sales, GST, and VAT tax filing requirements
? Develops and maintains processes and documentation in compliance with FIN 48
? Calculates and records tax provisions for US and foreign entities as part of the monthly close cycle
? Analyzes and provides information to external tax accountants for the preparation of federal, state and local tax returns in the US, Canada, the UK and Luxembourg
? Work closely with external tax accountants in the development of tax provisions and estimated tax payments
Qualifications: &gt; Bachelor?s degree in Accounting
&gt; Two to four years of public accounting experience with an emphasis on corporate tax
&gt; Experience with domestic and international tax calculations
&gt; Experience in multiple currency transactions, transfer pricing, inter-company transactions and financial statement consolidations
&gt; Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
&gt; Experience with a variety of accounting software products

The Director of Product Management is responsible for leading a team of product managers and business analysts, who plan, manage and coordinate all activities associated with delivering compelling products for Accero?s customers and prospects. The DPM owns the product suite vision and the roadmap for achieving that vision. The DPM owns responsibility for delivering product within targeted timeframes, and therefore works closely with Product Development to define, test and deliver quality releases of Accero?s software solutions. The DPM also works with Marketing and Sales to ensure Accero?s products are accurately promoted, and with customers, prospects and industry influencers to identify market requirements. The DPM will report to the Vice President of Marketing, and will have Product Managers and Business Analysts as direct reports. As such, responsibility for developing and communicating the cross product interoperability plan is a key component of the job description.
Duties: o Lead creation of the business? 5-year roadmap for growth; own creation and delivery of annual strategic product plan.
o Execute a defined process for identifying and prioritizing market needs, developing requirements documents (MRDs, PRDs) that reflect those needs, and working with Product Development to deliver solutions that meet market requirements
o Generate and analyze market data, consumer research, customer insights, sales data and competitive intelligence to identify needs in the market that support the expansion and customization of existing products, the introduction of new products and the implementation of customer segmentation initiatives that drive sales and create new revenue streams.
Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Marketing or Business, MBA considered a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years product management experience integrating successful strategic planning, business intelligence and research/analysis experience, with direct involvement in the creation of complex growth and operations plans, business development and market intelligence gathering and reporting.
- 5 years work experience within the HR product space
- Successful track record of developing and executing significant growth initiatives involving expansion into new markets, product arenas and sales/distribution channels.
- Proven work history of being able to make decisions from concepts, translate incoming data into action plans, measure results and quickly adapt to a rapidly changing marketplace while working independently or with a limited staff.
- Sales Experience a strong plus.

The Account Executive is responsible for selling the company?s software and services offerings and maintaining customer relationships within an assigned territory.

? Someone who is knowledgeable and comfortable front facing and explaining the product(s) to potential and current customers C levels - building, educating and further developing strong partnership relationships. Hunter/farmer mix.
? Experience with Salesforce.Com or other sales CRM
? Must have exceptional analytical, conceptual, technical, and people skills
? Must have superior knowledge of a solution-oriented sales process and strong product knowledge

Qualifications: ? B.S. Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
? 3+ years of experience working with business analytics (BI) tools and technologies (preferably including SSRS), SQL query design and optimization, data mart architecture and data acquisition (ETL)
? Strong working knowledge of SQL Server and Oracle RDBMS (DB2 experience a plus)
? Excellent O/S skill sets in UNIX &amp; Windows
? Must be able to travel as needed up to 40%

? CPP, FPC or other industry certification preferred

The Sales Operations Specialist will help translate the strategic initiatives of the Company and, more specifically, the Sales Team into actionable, measurable and predictable goals and activities. o Create effective and accurate numerical models of activity metrics needed to meet sales goals and then oversee the achievement of those metrics
o Consult with Accero Leadership to design / re-design, build, and produce sophisticated and meaningful Reports, Forecasts, and Analysis at regularly scheduled intervals and on an as-needed basis
o Serve as liaison to Financial Team ? understand Financial reporting needs, provide analytics as needed, and assist in building / maintaining a common dataset
o Lead data driven ad hoc projects such as: territory realignment, customer compliance audits, market segmentation analysis, etc. Analyzes data, creates market review presentation depicting data in chart form, and provides recommendations for market improvements.
Provides recommendations for reporting improvements.
Executes against established strategies and goals.
Qualifications: *  Bachelors Degree
*  3-5 years experience in a similar role, supporting the administration of a CRM (Salesforce.com system ideally)
* Prior working experience with B2B SaaS business models and technologies a plus
* HRM or payroll software products background is helpful, but not required
* Some business analysis experience (including implementation, tracking, problem resolution and reporting) preferred.
* Experience with market demographic and performance analysis is helpful

Our Entry Level Data Analyst will ensure the timely and accurate data processing for our enterprise HR Payroll product, as wells as perform other technical application administration responsibilities driven by excel and other specialty tools.
Duties: ? Execute scheduled and ad hoc HR or payroll processing activities in accordance with internal measures and existing SAS70 guidelines.
? Serve as the site tracking coordinator for income PN?s, identify level of problem and direct to correct specialist.
? Maintain appropriate documentation for SAS 70 audits in Accero?s online issue tracking system
? Submit and verify input and output files including reporting and third-party files
? Complete standard operating processing procedures and identify any abnormalities in an executed process
? Administers various aspects of Accero?s systems and applications
? Identify and escalate issues or errors to application support leads or client representatives for resolution
? Reconcile payroll output and perform balancing or review per contractual agreements
? Execute all related tasks and executables related to a pay process including pre and post-payroll processes
? Assist client representatives in resolving client issues and provide backup or PTO support
? Ensure timely resolution of open issues and tickets and coordinate with internal teams to ensure on time completion.
? Maintain client standard operating procedural documentation as required
? Participate in client meetings and provide weekly or daily reporting as required
Qualifications: ? Bachelor?s Degree preferred
? Intermediate Excel user with experience in creating and driving reporting for metrics
? 1 - 3 years of client or software application support experience
? Prior experience working with a software product or enterprise application a plus
? Exhibits strong communication skills, both verbal and written
? Flexible work hours may be required, including weekends and/or evenings

The Business Analyst role will be responsible for the implementation, customization and development of applications within the Salesforce.com environment as well as integration with exiting SaaS and legacy systems. Duties: Summary Responsibilities:

You will provide best practices and recommendations for integration and application development, deployment, and iterative refinement.

o Manage the Salesforce.com CRM application. Responsible for maintaining the functional areas of data management, forecasting, deal registration, contacts, leads, campaigns, opportunities, quotes, dashboards and reports
o Maintain user roles, security, profiles, workflow rules, etc.
o Train new end users on the salesforce.com application
o Maintain system metrics to track trends in usage and data integrity
o Identify SF.com usage problems and craft technical / communication plans to remedy
o Participate in cross-functional teams that address strategic business issues involving CRM and sales operations
Qualifications: 1. Bachelor?s Degree, with a minimum of 1+ years recent analyst experience with Salesforece.Com
2. A working knowledge of Salesforce.com including formal Salesforce.com training and certification
3. Fluency in Microsoft Office applications
4. Experience with QuickArrow, Intacct and Clicktools considered a plus
