The Business Analyst role will be responsible for the implementation, customization and development of applications within the Salesforce.com environment as well as integration with exiting SaaS and legacy systems. In addition to the day-to-day Salesforce.com responsibilities the role will also require the analyst to become familiar with other SaaS and legacy system - assisting with upgrades, new implementations, and integrations across various systems.
Duties: Summary Responsibilities:
In this role, you will work with management and staff to determine business needs and develop required reports and dashboards within the CRM tool. The Business Analyst will provide technical strategy and direction to ensure the Salesforce.com application aligns with, and meets Accero business requirements. You will provide best practices and recommendations for integration and application development, deployment, and iterative refinement.
Duties:
o Manage the Salesforce.com CRM application. Responsible for maintaining the functional areas of data management, forecasting, deal registration, contacts, leads, campaigns, opportunities, quotes, dashboards and reports
o Maintain user roles, security, profiles, workflow rules, etc.
o Train new end users on the salesforce.com application
o Maintain system metrics to track trends in usage and data integrity
o Identify SF.com usage problems and craft technical / communication plans to remedy
o Participate in cross-functional teams that address strategic business issues involving CRM and sales operations
Qualifications: 1. Bachelor?s Degree, with a minimum of 1+ years recent analyst experience with Salesforece.Com
2. A working knowledge of Salesforce.com including formal Salesforce.com training and certification
3. Fluency in Microsoft Office applications
4. Experience with QuickArrow, Intacct and Clicktools considered a plus

The Vice President of Technology Development reports to the CEO and is a member of the company?s executive team. Our Payroll/HR Clerk will be responsible for performing a variety of payroll and human resource functions, such as processing payroll, maintaining employment and payroll records, preparing a variety of payroll, tax and accounting reports, assisting in benefit enrollment, and processing new and terminating employees.
Duties: Administers the payroll function for US and Canadian employees -
? Compiles payroll data and records it in the payroll system
? Calculates adjustments to wages, taxes, withholdings as needed
? Gather and compile import data for payroll processing from various systems for time entry, overtime, expenses, PTO, etc.
? Reviews wages computed and reconciles errors to ensure accuracy of payroll
? Records changes affecting net wages, such as unpaid leave, benefit deductions, 401k contributions, changes in withholdings, wage rate changes
? Reviews, calculates and processes garnishments or other involuntary deductions
? Assists in calculation of bonuses and commissions
? Processes four payrolls per month (2 for the US, 2 for Canada)
? Calculates and prepares manual checks as needed
? Generates ACH batch files and uploads them for processing
? Generates tax files for processing by tax filing system and reviews them for accuracy
? Balances payroll and tax records at Quarter end and Year end to ensure accurate and timely preparation of W-2 and T-4 records and Tax filings
? Creates entries and balances payroll information to accounting records
? Generates routine payroll reports and special reports for management
? Creates, maintains and provides reports for ancillary compensation records, such as PTO balances, 401k records and FSA records
? Assist in Finance Month end entries and accruals related to payroll information
? Documents and updates payroll procedures
Qualifications: ? Two years of payroll processing experience
? High school diploma, some college or business training preferred
? Skilled with PCs, accounting or payroll software, and Microsoft Office software including word processing, spreadsheet, and Outlook. Experienced with general office equipment.
