Position Summary
Basic Function:
In this design position you will be responsible for a variety of design projects from conception to release. You will work closely with Production Coordinator creating timelines and maintaining them. Reporting to the Director of Marketing you will work closely with him on research and design. You will also assist the other graphic designers with various projects as needed. Your creative solutions supporting the strategic marketing, branding and consumer objectives will determine your success.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
* Provide creative design solutions for specials projects in the Marketing department including but not limited to: preprinted circulars, e-mail designs, in-store brochures, direct mail pieces, package design.
* Provide creative design solutions for some in-store POS and POP signing that including but not limited to: store window banners, custom counter signs, Holiday and seasonal signs.
* Provide design support for the website as needed.
 
Requirements
Job Requirements:
* 1 ? 3 years experience
* Ability to take design direction and interpret and execute essential. Self motivated and good communication skills necessary. Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Educational Requirements:
* College or design school graduate preferred
* Design, Advertising and Marketing
* Skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
* Dreamweaver and Flash a plus

Position Summary
Basic Function:
This position is responsible for using web and digital media technologies to edit and publish content to the Aaron Brothers website and to support a future social marketing site. The position performs image editing and content tagging functions on a daily basis and maintains the customer database (working with outside vendor). The position is responsible for all e-mail communication for the company creating initial e-mail design for the graphics team.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
* Content Management
? Performs all content management updates.
? Receives product images from outside vendor source and operate visual data entry package to place the merchandise into the website.
? Evaluates product merchandise and determines how it should be categorized on the website.
? Uses image editing software to adjust contrast, perform cropping, touch up scanned images, and validate appropriate quality level.
? Works with outside agency to perform creative updates and changes to our website.
* E-mail communications
? Directs timing of all e-mail communication to customers
? Support creative team on content and execution to meet desired goals
? Drives incremental name acquisition for e-mail database
* Social marketing
? Work in conjunction with our outside agency to target social networking sites that will dive traffic to the Aaron Brothers site
? Develops and maintains all social marketing site content
? Manages Facebook and Twitter message content
* Website reporting
? Develops reports on all website activity; sessions, length of time, open rates on e-mail lasts, redemption rates on e-mail coupons , etc.
 
Requirements
Job Requirements:
* One year professional experience in using PC technologies such as word processing required
* ? Ability to learn new software tools quickly required
* ? Understanding and previous use of website management tools
* ? High attention to detail and quality
Educational Requirements:
* High School, Some College preferred
* Home décor or art history knowledge helpful
* Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or similar image editing tools preferred

Experience in a multi-million dollar retail store in a mass merchandising environment is a plus.
