Overview:
The employee in this position performs developmental level technical work to provide support for client computer/software systems, and users. The job also involves supporting the company's implementation and internal development projects by providing detailed technical analysis, development, modification and installation of application software. Additional responsibilities to follow:

Responsibilities:
* Performs analysis and design of complex computer applications; Provides technical recommendations for the ongoing enhancement of the company's software products.
* Provides technical and quality assurance efforts in the completion of project tasks as described in project request work orders.
* Leverages incite and knowledge gained specifically to enhance product offerings and improve customer satisfaction.
* Conducts detailed tests and quality assurance certifications for various platforms. Installs test systems as required.
* Researches emerging technologies based upon technical and business merit.
* Provides troubleshooting, problem correction, assistance and instruction to client staff remotely to resolve software problems or to generally support the client's use of the systems.
* Determines client needs; recommends and implements solutions to ensure minimum delay and effective operation for system users.
* Develops, maintains and updates technical documentation such as system configurations, procedures, problem fixes, and client support procedures.
* Develops updates and distributes user instructional documentation as needed.
* Performs other related duties as required or assigned.

Qualifications:
* Considerable knowledge of Windows operating systems, office automation and Windows software applications.
* Working knowledge of the SQL language, PowerBuilder, RDBMS in general, and either MS SQL Server or Oracle specifically.
* Microsoft .NET Framework experience desired.
* Ability to maintain and be responsible for certain company equipment such as notebooks, PDAs and cell phones.
* Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervisors, other employees and client staff.
* Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
* Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task to meet standard response times and deadlines.

Education and Experience Requirements:
* Graduation from an accredited Two-year college or university with a degree in Computer Science or related field or, any equivalent combination of education, experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
* Two or more years of progressively responsible related experience in an information technology position.
* Client support experience desired.

Overview:
The employee in this position performs technical applications programming work to provide support for client computer/software systems and users. The position also involves supporting the company&rsquo;s implementation and upgrade projects by providing development, modification and installation of application software. This position also serves in the capacity of Primary and/or Secondary Account Manager for clients.

Responsibilities:
* Provides technical application development and quality assurance effort in the completion of project tasks as described in project request work orders. 
* Provides troubleshooting, problem correction, assistance and instruction to client staff remotely to resolve software problems or to generally support the client&rsquo;s use of the MSDgen software. Determines client needs; recommends and implements solutions to ensure minimum delay and effective operation for system users.
* Develops, maintains and updates technical documentation such as system configurations, procedures, problem fixes and client support procedures. Develops, updates and distributes user instructional documentation as needed.
* Install the MSDgen software product(s) on client systems both remotely and on-site. Installations include upgrades of existing systems and any corresponding client training.
* Provides work performance input to supervisor.
* Performs other related duties as required or assigned.
* Occasional travel to client sites via air and/or ground may be required.

Qualifications:
* Considerable knowledge of computer systems, office automation and Windows software applications.
* Proficient with sql
* Must speak fluent Japanese.

Overview:
Currently, 3E Company has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Support Coordinator. The Sales Support Coordinator position is a key member of the company&rsquo;s sales team to ensure client are supported and satisfied with their contacted services.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities to Customer
* Make telephone contact with all non-EH&amp;S Solutions customers to ensure they are satisfied with current services.
* Prepare contract/amendment for customers that do not have auto-renew or multi-year agreements.
* Serve as support for customer concerns and document all issues in Q-Pulse.
* Make customers aware that 3E offers additional EH&amp;S compliance services.
Responsibilities to 3E
* Contact all Inside Sales accounts two times per year by telephone.
* Review and approve monthly auto-renewal list provided by Finance. Check list against AIMS.
* Perform contract renewal activities (send amendment, create opportunity, submit startup sheet, etc.) for customers that do not have auto-renew or multi-year agreements.
* Process upsells for opportunities identified during the renewal process
* Generate activity reports for all Inside Sales customers and submit startup sheets for overages.
* Document all customer-related activities in Sales Logix.
* Inquire with customers about interest in additional 3E services; forward leads to Manager of EH&amp;S Solutions Development and Regional Sales Manager.

Qualifications:
* A minimum of 3 years previous experience in a sales support role including account management and renewal activities
* Must have a solid working knowledge of Sales Logix (preferred). Knowledge of related sales management systems such as Act or Goldmine required.
* Ability to take initiative and work well with minimal supervision
* Excellent verbal and customer service skills
* Excellent time management skills and strong multi-tasking ability
* Must have intermediate knowledge of computer software applications. Strong Excel experience a plus
* Any knowledge or background in the Environment Health and Safety field a definite plus

* Design call flows, ACD vectors and route patterns.
