We are looking for intern candidates to assist with software, network, and systems operations. The candidate will gain knowledge of JIRA,our systems management software, assist with problem solving, trouble shooting, basic computer set-up, and securities. Interns report directly to our Systems Administrator, and will work closely with the IT department.

Duties: Management of Windows users, distribution lists, Diagnosing PCs and network related issues. Experience with 3rd Party Software installation. Asset Management: backups, internet related issues, including DNS, FTP, Proxy, VPN, etc.
-Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Office XP, Outlook, Visio, etc.
-Experience with software downloading, systems connections, securities and codes, troubleshooting, and restoration.
-Knowledge of Servers and Sharepoint Intranet preferred.

Duties: The Director of Operations will be responsible for helping build an organization-wide operational excellence capability from grounds up. The role requires building strong partnerships with support groups and the ability to assess risks and performance gaps that occur due to lack of ownership and/or execution of certain functions belonging to supporting departments, which impacts the service levels for customers (B2C, B2B, VARS, Vendors, Regulators and internal people). The overall objective is to drive process improvement delivery through exemplary process design/improvement/management skills using proven best practice techniques and methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or ISO. The position will directly be responsible for the below three departments
Across all departments, demonstrate ability to work in competing priorities and cut cost by creating a balance between Quality, Speed and Cost using business process management principles.
Customer Service &amp; Product Fulfillment
? Develop and implement solutions for meeting the required customer Service Levels in the areas of process mapping, division of labor, and the allocation of technology/tools across the multiple lines of business supported by the global customer support team.
? Implement operational excellence that supports the deep technical competencies and customer service focus of 360training
? Will be responsible for supervising all customer support related functions including in-bound customer support call center, reporting of student certifications, fulfillment/shipping operation, customer escalations, and phone system
eLearning Content Development &amp; Publishing
? Review and recommend evolving research, techniques, methods related to the e-learning field, adult learning theories, pedagogy and course development process
? Organize and maintain courseware assets repository, library and course catalog
? Responsible for examining and re-engineering procedures, formulating policy, developing and implementing new strategies and procedures related to production.
? Manage a team of onshore and offshore product managers, Instructional designers, editors, QA specialist and optimize the best use of internal and external SME?s and resource to meet corporate objectives.
? Responsible of delivering products on ETA within budget maintaining top notch quality.
Accreditation &amp; Reporting
? Research and Identify new markets and opportunities for alternative delivery of education and recommend new courses and new course and provider submissions.

Qualifications: 5+ years managing direct reports and vendor relationships
5+ years of progressive process improvement/reengineering experience.
2+ years of customer service/call center management experience preferred.
Bachelor?s Degree.
Sound working knowledge and experience using and applying process improvement best practices and techniques/methodologies in a structured project environment
Experience managing offshore resources.
Candidate needs to be capable of troubleshooting problems and escalations in a timely manner. Intermediate computer skills required to effectively resolve problems such as downloading programs, accessing the internet, interacting with state agencies, etc.
