Job Description & Responsibilities:
* Contribute in test preparation, execution and reporting.
* Participate in software release cycles with acceptance,functional and load testing including manual and automated testing.
* Manage defect tracking, analysis and reporting and assist in enhancements.
* Create automation scripts and manage them.
* Work with the automation team for managing automation and improvements.
* Build and maintain test setups, including computers, operating systems, virtual machines and network equipments.

Knowledge and Skills:

Job Description & Responsibilities:
As a Senior Business Objects Analyst and Developer, you will serve as a Business Objects Reporting Architect, Developer and Administrator for the 2Wire BI Application Team.
The team is working on converting existing legacy and some BW reports to Business Objects reports. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and must be able to work efficiently by themselves, as well as, in a team/ collaborative environment.

* New Enterprise report development for Finance, Sales and operation groups in business objects platform.
* Assess and provide feedback to database architects designs as it relates to Business Objects usability
* Design, develop, test and support Business Objects Universe and Web Intelligence Reporting
* Use SQL to validate data/reports and utilize for ad hoc reporting needs
* Administer the Business Objects system which include tasks such as, but not limited to, software upgrades, query optimization, tuning, security policies, user management, scheduled jobs/reports, hardware assessment and purchasing decisions related to BI initiatives.
* Keep Business Objects-related documentation up-to-date
* Stay current on the latest business intelligence/reporting technology and development techniques.

Knowledge and Skills:
* Have good data modeling knowledge. - Should be knowledgeable in Data warehousing concepts and able to understand performance implications of a design options and propose optimal solutions to reporting needs and be able to configure and support delta extraction processes.

Job Description & Responsibilities:
The ABAP Developer role is a hands-on position that is responsible for developing new programs that will tightly integrate with standard SAP processing. We are looking for a senior level finance professional to manage the budgeting, P&L, and reporting function for a growing business. This is a newly created role to support our existing Customer Care business and newly created Professional Services business. As the HR Manager, you will assist management in building a diverse and talented team for 2Wire's Southeast Asia locations. This position will find opportunities to improve and develop solid relations among team members.  This position requires hands-on employee relations experience with the ability to diplomatically and fairly resolves issues. This position will also have responsibilty for all recruiting activity and programs for any Southeast Asia based position. This key HR position will work on developing and implementing human resources policies and procedures and advising all levels of management in these locations. As the HR Manager, this position provides guidance on HR related matters and will handle confidential personnel issues with management and staff. This position will ensure consistent legal compliance in all HR processes, safety needs, and policy development refining them as needed. Working closely with management, the HR Manager will conduct organizational assessments to identify key skills and competencies needed to drive business strategy. As the key HR point person, this position will assist employees in addressing benefits and payroll questions, report HR metrics to management and manage projects that accomplish established HR objectives within budget and schedule. This position may perform other duties as assigned and will reside in our Singapore office.

Reporting to 2Wire's Vice President and General Counsel, the Corporate Counsel will be the third attorney in 2Wire's legal department. The Corporate Counsel will have a high level of visibility and a wide scope of responsibilities. The Corporate Counsel's primary responsibility will be managing 2Wire's numerous and complex commercial transactions, including drafting and negotiating distribution agreements, inbound and outbound licensing agreements, manufacturing agreements, and a wide variety of other agreements. * Ability to work shifts as required by the business.
Education and Work Experience:
* BS Computer Information Systems or equivalent.
* 3+ years of working experience in a large scale environment in a call center, help desk or NOC environment.
* 3-5 years of POP 3/IMAP4 email client troubleshooting, including Outlook, Evolution and Thunderbird.
* 3-5 years of administering Windows 2k/XP/Vista desktops and Windows servers.
* 3-5 years experience in managing all facets of Windows Active Directory administration.
* 3-5 years experience of administering SQL Server, Exchange, AD & NetApp NAS.
* 2-3 years of hands on RedHat Linux administration experience. Windows and Linux expertise in DNS, DHCP, NTP, sendmail or postfix,
* RedHat Fedora or Ubuntu Linux support experience is a plus.
* Working experience with Help Desk ticketing systems.

* Product Failures Analysis ( Existing and New Product)
* Perform detail FA on electrical/test failures
* Determine failure root cause and recommend improve method or solution.
* Yield Improvement
* Define improvement opportunities through technical analysis and data crunching.
* Evaluate new code/impact on process changes proposal based on FA findings.
* Improvement actions/phase/cut in review
* Test time reduction
* Review test efficiency, test methodology
* Optimize test methodology & efficiency
* This position may perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
* Technically competent with OS - Windows/UNIX
* Working and hands on knowleadge on scripting language/programming language/database/SQ
* Minimum degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
* 3+ years of experience.
