Job Overview:
Position will involve day to day operation and management of the predictive dialer system supporting various business units. Responsibilities will include ownership of strategy implementation, managing system parameters, change management, dialer reporting and overall configuration in support of multiple call centers and business units. Position will report under IT within IS Operations and Call Center Operations. Candidate must be open-minded, flexible and be prepared to work in a dynamic environment, supporting multiple business units simultaneously. Candidate must have understanding and experience in managing documentation of new and existing processes and perform other miscellaneous tasks as assigned. Candidate must be able to multi-task and collaborate on multiple projects and/or initiatives regularly.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

* Daily Operation of Aspect Predictive Dialer in support of 1FBUSA Business Units.
* Effectively collect, analyze, and communicate Dialer information (status/performance/issues) to supported business units.
* Duties will include administration, operations, testing, implementation and maintenance/support of integrated Dialer / ACD / IVR solutions for Collections and Telemarketing Call Centers. 
* Responsible for management of dialer administrators.
* Provide candid input internally regarding Dialer administration, support and maintenance. 
* Develop and maintain SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) for daily dialer operation.
* Responsible for implementation of business requirements into operational actions focusing on technical requirements and communication back to business using terminology the business units can understand.
* Serve as SME (Subject Matter Expert) maintaining knowledgebase of Dialers, ACD, IVR's, CTI Infrastructure, etc in support of 1FBUSA business units.
* Perform data queries as needed for analysis and reporting.
* Work closely with business analysts to integrate business requirements with system requirements.
* Develop processes/standards for operational areas including: scheduling, operations, monitoring, managing errors, recovering from failures, and validating performance output on the Dialer.
* Provides mentoring and guidance to team members on Dialer related issues.
* Develop / maintain documentation regarding departmental processes and procedures (Dialer Operation).
* Audit/maintain/change standards and implementation best of practices.
* The ability to reduce problems to their essential core, and develop a solution by introducing additional details in a way that manages risk and complexity. 
* Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of operational objectives, metric goals and strategies. 
* Maintain Service Level Agreements performance with business units.
* Ensure 100% compliance with internal and FDCPA policy.
* Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: 
* Education: Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience required. 
* Experience:
* Advanced knowledge of call center, telecom/carrier and telephony technologies.
* Experience with Aspect (Conversations/Unified-IP), Avaya, Edify and/or eWorkforce products preferred.
* Proven success in day to day operations of a large-scale predictive dialer system(s).
* Experience with Microsoft SQL and/or Oracle preferred.
* Predictive Dialer experience in the last 12 months preferred.
* At least 6 months experience in a data reporting environment or similar experience preferred. 
* Language/Reasoning/Mathematical or other specific skills:
* Self starter with strong organizational, analytical, problem solving and time management skills necessary.
* Strong communication skills required. Will interact with all levels of the organization.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to present technical and business solution concepts to all levels (both technical and non-technical audiences) from a business perspective.
* Demonstrated ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage stressful situations with short deadlines.
* Ability to understand relational database concepts and effectively query methods preferred.
* Comfortable in an environment of rapid change and ambiguity with the ability to make decisions understanding the risk and/or asking questions to clarify requirements.
* Work schedule will require schedule flexibility (emergencies or planned upgrades only), as well as rotation of weekend coverage with Dialer Team.
